Usually this establishment isn’t too bad. We expected to wait a while to get our wings which is typically normal for all Buffalo wild wing locations but it came way sooner than anticipated. With how everything went it was too good to be true, as soon as we got our food it was cold and presumably leftover cooked wings tossed in sauce. A server then comes by with a vacuum and proceeds to vacuum by our table and blew dust towards us causing the napkins to fly. I would strongly not recommend this location.
The table service was poor at best for a party of 4. Restaurant location was not very busy when we went, but they were out of basics like buffalo chicken tenders. Seriously!? Use regular chicken tenders and put some buffalo sauce on them!!! Took almost 2-hours to get food delivered to table...and every single thing (except some wings) was stone cold. At least 2 male-only tables (who were in the restaurant seated some time after us), were served before our table. 1 had same waitress as us. Then waitress was no where to be found when we were actually trying to pay them. Ridiculous!! Best thing was the sports on the 100 TV's. Typically I give positive ratings and am very understanding of the wait staff, environment, etc. This was all just too much. Should have walked out much sooner in this experience. Will not go back.
My expectations were way higher. First I got a really dirty cup not just on the outside but on the inside! Why would you let a customer drink from a cup like that!? I know you wouldn’t! You could tell is wasn’t washed right because the water had some left over soda taste ????. The food came out and wasn’t even warm like it had been sitting out for a while! I couldn’t even enjoy my meal. I don’t recommend coming to this location at all what a waste of money!
Ordered 20 traditional wings and got 18 drums and 2 flats. All wings were super overcooked which made it extremely dry. It was very disappointing visit this time.
The staff at the front was welcoming, then we choose our seats, the server was very lackluster and stayed around the bar area only attending those near by, he said he was getting utensils for our order but instead of doing so, he went straight to the bar to talk and we never received our utensils ( we ordered boneless) so we just proceeded to eat them by hand but when we wanted to ask for the utensils or napkins he would just remain over there talking. We also just waited after to get the check but once again he would stay around the bar. The food was ok but the fries were very stale. I would just like for the server to go where the people are at even if the conversation is good at one area.
We like this place a lot, we come here often. The staff is always friendly. Recently had an issue with the online ordering, manager resolves ot right away. Very pleased with the service we continue to get here.
Wings would be good if they actually put sauce on them! We ordered 50 wings and did three different sauces. Majority of the wings had no sauce! Then when I asked to have some more we just got a snotty attitude and it was never brought to the table! So we paid for 50 wings and only got to eat about 30. We also got ultimate nachos and there wasn’t any cheese on it so we asked for more and then charged us for it even tho there wasn’t any on to begin with! Go else where!! Hooters at least puts sauce on their wings!
Prior to arriving at the store I called and inquired as to the closing time of the kitchen and the store. I was informed last call was at 1230. I arrived at 1215 only to be told by the hostess that the kitchen closed at 1215. We told her we had called and she said hold on in an unprofessional manner, walked away and got in her phone. We approached another employee and were told the restaurant closed at 1200. In all three different stories from three different employees. We won’t be back.
