Excellent service. I had to tow my truck to the shop and they came to pick it up. When we got to the shop...they wouldn't take it. I had to find somewhere else to take it. The driver stuck with me until we found another shop. Can't say enough good things about Buffs. Are there other wreckers that could tow your car? Yes...but what sets Buffs apart is the people....from 1st phone call until the car was delivered..I felt like a valued customer.
I cannot praise this shop highly enough. On the evening of the 4th of July they not only came to tow my car, but were also able to repair it so I could get home and not have to endure the additional cost of a hotel stay on a holiday. I will be grateful to the day I die for their kindness, generosity and professionalism. If you are in the Morganton area and experience any vehicle trouble I highly recommend these gentlemen. Thank you so much!
On Saturday May 25th 2013 at 10:30 pm, a lady in the parking lot of Dollar Tree of Morganton NC , who was hearing impaired had locked her self out of her car. She had no money or family she could count on or turn to. I called Buff's to see about someone coming out to help us get the lady in her car I told him the situation and told him I would pay if he could get some one out, he informed me he would have someone there in 15 min. After the call had ended, he called back. Buff was calling me back to let me know that he himself wanted to help out the lady and that he would do it free of charge! We greatly appreciate this act of kindness and taking it in himself to take the extra mile! We will be calling Buffs in the future! Thanks again for all you done to help! - Tammy Pollygus
They painted my car for me after an accident and it looks like new! I couldn't be more happy. Good quality and good price.
