This shop is unprofessional and seems to be racist. Had my vehicle for over 2 weeks never looked at it then when I call the guy is like so rude. Oh I’m not mad didn’t cost me nothing but time. Thanks JERK!!!!!!
Whoever works the front counter and answers the phone is very rude I would never recommend them to anyone they said they would look at my vehicle in 2 days and give me a call and they had it for two in a half weeks and still never called me and when I called about it he said it wasn't next to come in the shop so if I wanted to come get it i could and the keys would be Inside of it
Honest about the situation with our car. It was nothing more than low fluid and old so it needed a flush. The price was very reasonable. Happy to do business and often recommend them like they were recommended to me.
This place is very racist from my experience.They really made me feel like if your not white don't come here.A guy told me to bring my car up there ,charged me for a part then tells me he don't want to do the job after waiting over a week of them having my car there which made me feel like they held onto my vehicle just to waste my time when I could have been finding a better car shop to actually do the job and he mentioned if the part didn't end up working right that I had bought from them when I take it to another shop he wouldnt give me a refund he said.I didn't want to give them the one star I gave them but I had to in order to write this .I only went to get a power steering sensor put in my car and they gave me it back with a dead battery which I had no problems with my wife is my witness who also drove the vehicle and of course they didn't fix the power steering issue.This is by far the worst automotive place I ever went to honest to God.
A friend referred me and I am so thankful!! I took my oil leaking car in on Dec 23 and Tony worked until 830 that night to make sure I got my car back before Christmas ???? This is a family owned business and they care about their customers! Fantastic service!
The first time I went here I was fairly happy with the service. I had gone to Auto Zone because my traction light and engine light were displaying on the dashboard and my cruise control would not work. The diagnostic said it was the stop light switch. I called here and made arrangements to come the next day. I had ordered the part and Tony seemed real nice and he put the part on me. I paid him and went on my merry way. About 2 days later, I started having the same problem,so I called him and asked his opinion. He wasnt sure if it was a bad part or not. I ordered another part just in case. I called yesterday and asked if I could bring my car in. I did not talk to Tony, because he was not available, but talked to one of the other mechanics. He said, sure bring it in after we open, so we have time to get to it. About 4 oclock I thought I'd better
call and see if my car was ready. Found out they had not touched my car all day. Tony and I talked I said, well since my ca r sat here all day I guess you might as well put that part on because nothing had been done. At this time he told me he thought the problem went deeper than just the part, but I would have to leave my car with him for 2 days and that it would be very time consuming. When I got there he asked for his pay and told him that if they would
communicate better I wouldn't be paying him for nothing. He said he had plenty of other projects and he didnt need my business. Not happy with the unprofessionalism at all!!
nothing. He told M.j e that he did not want my business and that he a plenty of other projects to do. Needless to say I won't be back. Does he not think about that fact that he inconvenienced me and I was without my car all day.Not happy with the unprofessionalism that I saw!
The only place i will go to get my car fixed. Its a family owned busiess that has years of experience fixing cars and has always had fair prices when doing so. They always get work done in a timely manner as well! When you need your car fixed this us the place to go.
Great workers. Great pricing. Worked on 5 of my cars. Never had issue after they fixed. Will definitely go back. Thanks Tony!
