The new owners are very friendly and have made improvements to the rooms. They also allow pets. It'd be nice to see bathrooms remodel (their not bad but) and maybe a few newer beds. OTher than that it's decent clean friendly spot.

Some of my Family and I recently stayed here as we all were attending a wedding in town and there was just too many of us to shack down with local family during this time, that said, It worked out perfectly! because all of the staff at the Budget Inn treated us like family, they're some very down to earth and kind hosts who provide nice and clean rooms for a very affordable price. and while we all greatly enjoyed our stay and had no complaints, they were still taking the time to check in with us to make sure that we were happy with our stay.
I saw some negative reviews when I came here to leave my review and I just want to say I am usually very weary of staying at Motels or Hotels because I've had some bad experiences while traveling in the past and usually telling the staff is just a waste of time because at a lot of Motels they don't seem to care about quality control or customer feedback so you kind of just end up dealing with it and having that feeling like they pulled one over on you by charging you before you saw the room or before you read the reviews.
This was not one of those times, I think I speak for my whole family when I say we were very happy with our experience with staying at the Budget Inn and I honestly think If you have any issues they would do their very best to address them and provide you with a comfortable stay.
They have also done some remodeling so If you stayed here a long while ago or prior to them updating some of their rooms you might have to go check it out.
The staff is great and the rooms are very roomy and clean. I know this is where I will stay if I ever need one again.
Wife and I decided to take a nice fall leisure drive and decided to stay the night in Mena,AR. These are the nicest cleanest remolded rooms. And at a price you wouldn’t believe for less than $70.. a nice wholesome place for the whole family!
This place is the real deal. For the past four years, I’ve been bicycling through 43 states and covered 15k miles (with my kitty cat). We’ve been to plenty of budget hotels and non (but one in Missouri and another in Idaho) rival the level of professionalism and care that Roy and Jessica provide.
Roy and his wife are current owners (though Roy grew up around the hotel because his parents ran it since ‘96). What really stole my heart was meeting this wonderful family and seeing the amount of heart they put into this property.
I can assure you, any negative review isn’t even worth reading since this hotel is under their care. You will feel safe here and you can trust the loving-kindness of management.
I would stay here again even if I could afford to stay somewhere “better.” Great job, y’all. Looking forward to coming back.
Ask for a room for the night. The rates were extremely reasonable per night. I would recommend this motel to my family and friends that were coming to visit again.
Very nice person’s, very helpful. Recommend these place a 100%. The rooms are great, good price and close to everything in the town.
The room was clean and stocked. It was a peaceful place. No partying going on. The front desk staff is wonderful!! Offered suggestions for best place to eat in town! They are doing a total remodeling and can't wait to see the finished product next year!
