This place is DISGUSTING!! Bugs crawling everywhere. Table, floor, chairs and in the bed. We switched rooms twice and both were the same way. One room had no towels. We left and the guy was VERY rude and didn’t want to give us our money back!!
It wasn't for the bed bugs and cockroaches it probably be a good motel room and the heating unit and it's cold in here the ice maker is still not working
Don't go by what others say! I didn't see any hugs of any sort. It was quiet, relaxing and other than not having a coffee maker on the room. everything I encountered was decent, from staff to cleanliness to parking(unfortunately couldn't park my truck near my room.(semi), but I could keep an eye on it. It would be nice to have stores close by other than gas stations but what do you expect being in the country. I'd most definitely rent a room again if I ever come that way.
Warning* Roaches and Bed Bugs. Toilet seat not even attached to toilet bowl, wife almost feel off. Rooms look great and lot of money spent renovation, BUT they need a really good exterminator...Health Dept. needs to know about this place...
For an inexpensive stay we were very satisfied. Room was large and clean and manager was very attentive when we notified him that our refrigerator did not work. It was replaced immediately. We did not have a big choice of places to stay as our grandkids are just 10 miles away. I would stay there again
I've stayed 2 times and 1st time the people were very rude. I paid for 5 people to stay and only had two sets of towels. Called to get enough towels and thought they'd bring them to the room...They did not ..so I had to drive up to the office to get supplies. While getting the additional towel the lady said I'll be counting them before you check out. I rent a room for myself my 2 grandchildren and a couple that work for us. Really at this point I should have taken our business elsewhere. But by the end of 5he day..im too tired to go around looking for better service. So I stayed again..This time we brought our own towels. And different people waited on us. However both rooms had very firm mattresses. I've been in Customer Service most of my life and would never let a customer feel like they were a criminal...let alone the towels we low quality....just felt any towels would be better than none. Lesson learnt...bring your own towels.
We stayed at this roach infested, absolutely filthy, poorest excuse of a hotel I have ever seen. You are first greeted by the owners son (so I was told by the housekeeper) who will never win a congeniality award even if the other contestants were Tasmania Devils and Badgers. You are then given the key to a room that while you are walking to it, you have what I am assuming are “regular hourly visitors,” gawking at you from both inside their rooms and outside hanging out. Even before we opened the door, I noted the burn holes in the curtains of our room which should have been a good indication to run! I opened the door to more filth than I could begin to explain. The bedspread also has burn holes, the carpet was absolutely filthy to the point that I wouldn’t even consider walking on without shoes... even with socks on. The chairs in the room all looked like they had allowed a group of 3 year olds loose with a buffet of messy foods. There were holes in the walls, and there were bugs! I can’t say for sure they were cockroaches, as I have never seen one, but I have to assume. When we showered, I carpeted the inside and outside of the shower and bathroom floor with towels so I didn’t have to put my bare feet on the floor. I don’t know that I slept at all for fear bugs would crawl on us! This was the epitome of the most awful and truly filthy hotels I have ever even heard of let alone seen!
1 star is too good for this place. We entered our room and decided we were so tired we would overlook the holes in the bed spreads as well as the general grossness of the room and just get some sleep, get up early and go. ||As we flipped our bedding back to get in, a roach, YES A ROACH, ran out from under one of the pillows and across the sheets, which by the way appeared to have already been used.||So after killing the roach, we walked down to the lobby and explained the situation and dirty sheets. Owner appeared irritated but handed me clean sheets. I just took them, went back to the room, checked the bed for bugs and replaced the bedding with the clean, but the stained sheets she had given me. ||There were bugs on the walls and in the bathroom. We slept with the television on for lighting and decided to get up early and leave when I observed something moving across the bed of my traveling companion, it was another roach! Even bigger than the one that had presented itself earlier from under my pillow. ||Im not hard to please but I have to say, this was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed and anyone who decides to stay here should just be prepared to keep their personal items in their car so you don't chance bringing home bugs, sleep in your clothes and bring a pair of shower shoes to wear when you take your shoes off. ||The owners are rude and its not just a cultural thing, I have traveled the world and they are just rude for no reason.
