The owners are absolutely the sweetest. And welcoming. We pay by the week while we work. And the room is always clean. Housekeeping is really good. Always very warm and welcoming.
My wife and I stayed here on a last minute booking to visit family. And we couldn't be happier with the room aswell as the service.
The price was perfect. The experience overall was exactly what we needed.

Staff was great, reception was great. Priced right, close to food.. negatives include ragged, sub-par towels.. not sure if the sheets had been changed.. too tired to challenge the issues.
Reasonable rates, clean, comfortable bed, close, walkable to many places to eat a Walmart near by. Lady at front test was able to direct us there.
Super-helpful and friendly staff! My father, brother, and I came through on a cross-country motorcycle trip. We normally camp, but couldn't find a suitable campground the night were were near Beebe. The staff was so helpful, even asking us to park our motorcycles in a special spot where they could keep them under special surveillance for the evening so we could rest easy. The rooms and facility is "budget," but the price is fair for what you get and the people were the best would could have asked for. Thank you!
Truly the nicest and most helpful staff we could have asked for. My father, brother, and I came through on a cross-country motorcycle trip. We ride mostly dirt roads and trails, and camp most nights. When we were unable to find a campground, we stayed here. The staff made special accommodations for us to park our motorcycles where they could be under surveillance for the night, and helped us get everything we needed to get on the road the next day. It is a "budget" facility, so don't go in expecting a Ritz-Carlton (or even a Hampton). But if you're looking for a good price and friendly, helpful staff, this was better than we hoped for. Thank you!
The staff are super nice and very professional. The rooms are extremely clean and the location is perfect for dining out. Thanks to the staff for making my stay feel like home! You guys are awesome..
We normally make this a monthly visit if not twice a month to this hotel normally never had a problem it's normally supposed to be $75 for two people the last time my boyfriend was charged 85 Plus the $25 deposit this time I was unaware until I got home I was charged $90 plus the $25 deposit I was told last night I was only charged 75 so I called this morning to talk to them and I got called an idiot and was told that I was lying and that she knows for a fact what she charged me I have never been spoken to that rudely will be looking for a different hotel
