Budget Auto Clinic is great! They took good care of two of our vehicles and have gone above and beyond my expectations. They even gave me a ride when picking up and dropping off my vehicle as needed! Bobby, both Michaels, and Jill are great people who feel like family. They're honest with integrity and make you feel right at home.
I cannot express my gratitude towards Budget Auto Clinic. They did a wonderful job fixing my AC that had been out over a year. It has been a long time since I was treated that well by an auto service business. Yes, they had to wait a few days on parts to come in, but I have an older car. I also know these parts will last. Thank you so much. They have earned my business.
This shop is amazing. Each person I spoke with, including Bobby, who I assume is the owner, was beyond gracious and helpful. This afternoon, I was in Morristown from Kingsport and started having car issues that required investigation before I drove home. Even though they were booked for the day, they fit me in within an hour, and then before closing, they were able to pinpoint and fix the issue (sloppy work from a shop that recently changed my brakes). I cannot thank Bobby and the team enough for their time and effort!
Very friendly and skillful people . Not all experiences may be the same but every time I've brought my vehicles to them they have fixed it very quickly and competently. My only regret is not being able to give them more stars.
I was recommended this place and overall it was a good experience. Pros-1) picked me up from home after having to wait an extra day 2) they did adjust the price to original estimate 3) Bobby made me feel like family, even my daughter asked if we had known each other because he treated me that way. Cons- telling me I had two bad coils then quoted me parts and labor for a full set of 8, only to tell me after questioning the price. The best and worst part was when I asked why all 8 if two was the problem I was told the coils were from the original manufacturer. For context I have a 2007, so 16 yrs and never had to change the plugs or coils. I'm obviously not an expert but I don't think so.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this business. Not only do they have very reasonable prices, they were able to fix my car in 2 hours. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with not just in the auto repair industry, but in general. Mike and the guys went above and beyond helping me out. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were professional, nice, caring, and really good at what they do. They were amazing!
PS: not that it really matters, but their bathrooms were also amazingly clean and nice. Not something you usually expect in a garage type atmosphere.
I definitely recommend Budget!
