These are 4 of the qualities we look for when patronizing an establishment (whether one's prioritizes them in the same order or not), and Buddy of Buddy's Care Care has them in spades! Short Summary: 1). Give Buddy a call and see when he can get you-in; 2). Let him work his MAGIC, 3). Leave him a great review (and pay it forward).
Google Fam, Buddy's is what we all love about Mom & Pop shops (... this one's just pop...): homegrown companies that feel a connection to their customers (not consumers... custom-ers)----Buddy empathizes with his patrons and puts himself in their shoes (yeah...). I was in a tough spot and he provided me with an approximate time he'd be able to start on my vehicle, KEPT HIS WORD by calling with an update (BEFORE that deadline), gave me a fair estimate (WITH parts and completion time-options!..), and finished early...
...later (that day), when picking-up my vehicle and wrapping up our conversation about life and hobbies (this guy's into some COOL stuff----which I think helps him keep things in perspective and keeps him rejuvenated...), he added "...yeah, I could hear the stress in your voice... I knew you just needed me to get it done as soon as possible..." Now, I DO try to play-it-cool, calm and collected----but the fact that he picked-up on that and factored it-into exploring how best to help means a lot!
THIS is the kind of guy/company you hope DOES start a franchise chain, so more people can have that kind of experience. It doesn't HAVE to be "us" vs. "them" when we get our vehicles worked-on: there's something NOBLE about an honest mechanic!
Buddy's a rare gem in Palm Beach County; MY only concern... now YOUR car might be in-line ahead of mine next time (lol!). Give Buddy a call (you'll THANK me)!

Love this place! Been a loyal customer for many years! Honest, reliable and fair price. Buddy and Fred have gone out of their way to maintain my cars. Always checks on things when I bring it in an, they let me know of any possible future issues or repairs! (ex : brakes getting low, bad hub) I drive from Hobe sound just to see him. I've lived closer but refuse to use anyone else!
This place is awesome they got what I needed done for my truck that I’m using for my pressure washing business. Th trailer hitch electrical wiring issue I had on the truck was fixed with no problems. I would recommend this father son duo any day for anyone in need of repairs for there vehicle they are very knowledgeable. In and out in one day and they updated me through out the day which was awesome. I also got some other basic maintenance done to truck and was happy with the prices. They gave me peace and mind which is great.Take your vehicle to them if u need work done
We could not be happier with our service at Buddy's! The father & son team are incredible with their customer care, they are honest and on-time. We have lived in Seattle, Chicago and Detroit and have never had an auto-repair place that we trust more and that bends over backwards to take care of us. We highly recommend Buddy's and are personally thankful for the level of care they provided. I had several issues with my wife's car and they were honest, cared for her, and spent all the time she needed to feel comfortable. Highest marks and they will always have my business down here.
We've been using Buddy as our mechanic for over a decade. Great service and a fair price. I don't take my vehicle anywhere else for service.
