We were visiting over the weekend and got two nails in our tire right as we came into town. We didn't realize until morning when our tire was completely flat Friday morning, Bud's was gracious enough to squeeze us in that day, and although the tire wasn't fixable and needed to be replaced, they patched us up for free so we could get somewhere that had a tire in stock. Everyone we talked to was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. A truly five star experience!
Went in had a tire fixed..Excellent service and nice people
Had to detour off 55 on our way to Arkansas due to our diesel truck losing power and flashing to take it to the dealer immediately. Found Buds and asked for help. The owner told us they don't work on diesels but they'd take a look. They figured out it could be the fuel filter and ran to Napa to get it because, again, they don't work on diesel engines. With a trailer on the back, the truck wouldn't fit inside so they jacked it up in their small lot and put it on. The most pleasant and honest place we have ever had work done on a vehicle. Took them 40 minutes and only charged for the $65 cost of the filter and $35 for their time. Well done guys! You're the best

Twice recently I have taken a vehicle to Bud's Service Center for tires. Both times they went above and beyond to get me in quickly and service my vehicle. They made sure the spare was inflated to the proper pressure, vacuumed my vehicle. The team there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bud's for any automotive service or repair that you need. They're an asset to the Staunton community.
Down home logic and automotive care. Fantastic shop, very clean and nostalgic. The shop attendants were kind, friendly, and worked efficiently. In and out. We'll be returning for future services.

Wow! This place is amazing. We were on the road trying to get back to Texas when one of our tires started losing air fast. Mark was incredibly friendly and fixed up our tire in no time! We even made a joke about him working for Daytona 500 because it was so quick! He even made sure the rest of our tires were just right for our long drive home. What could have been a very stressful situation was a very, very pleasant one. The interaction we had here is one we smile and talk about for a long time. Thanks, y’all!
