They don’t mess around and the problem is fixed the first time. No BS. I had my truck at 2 other places and they both told me I needed other things fixed. Bob took me in to the shop and showed me the things the other shops said were broken. Of course they were not and was total BS. This was a nice reassurance that my truck is safe for the road and I didn't waste extra money.
Bucktown Service are great people and hard workers. They were able to fix my truck in a timely matter, and we’re very professional. Would recommend their business to anyone who asks.
Wow. That is all I can say. I have had my 3 HD trucks serviced everywhere in the Scranton area. They would always be partial fixed or the same problem would appear in a few days. I took them to Bucktown and within minties they had them diagnosed CORRECTLY and were repaired in a day. They have been on the road the last month running better than ever. Honestly. These guys know their stuff.
