Although I arrived during posted Open hours, I was seated quite reluctantly, as I arrived in the last half hour of business. The kitchen was pretty much shut down. Hostess looked at her watch before agreeing to seat me, making sure I was OK to be sat.
After that, everything was great. The pizza I got was tasty, fresh n hot. The Chianti was good, I had the place to myself as a customer. Only the waitstaff was to be seen doing closing duties.
I would return, but hopefully, at an earlier hour.
Good food served Family Style in a fun atmosphere. Good service with a good attitude. Fair prices. I had a hard time deciding between three and four stars for food. It really is good. Maybe four is more accurate. Definitely recommend. Had several things but definitely recommend lasagna and cream cake.
We came here tonight for my birthday dinner because I love the decorations and the eggplant Parmesan! It’s such a fun atmosphere. Our server tonight, Megan, was very nice & you can tell she’s an experienced server. The chef came out to check on how our food tasted and was super friendly! We did the bruschetta, eggplant Parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo, and a Roman Tiki cocktail. Love this place and will definitely be back ????
This place is a super fun for family dining. The food is good and plentiful. It is not inexpensive, so you will be wise to bring as many dining companions as you have available or you will be eating leftover for a week!!
Prices seem a bit high at first, but you are getting family size servings with each entrée. Chicken Carbonara 32$ fed 3 people, $10.67 each. Well worth it, feed 5 people no problem and had take home boxes. Great food!
Buca di Beppo unfortunately left more to be desired than I was hoping. At first, the prices seemed ridiculous, though Megan explained that they feed 2-3 people for the small size which did indeed make it better. We ordered the meat sauce ravioli ($32)and 1 meatball ($10). With my boyfriends soda, it came out to be $22/person before tip.
We heavily seasoned our food with lots of salt and pepper as it was a tad bland for our liking.
We also didn’t get bread until after our meal had been served to us.
There were only four tables in the restaurant as it was a very snowy evening, and Megan still seemed much more distracted by other things than to bring us our check, to go box, and even fill our drinks.
This was our first time in to Buca, and it will be our last.
This has become our favorite restaurant.
The food is great, all the waiters are super experts in the menu and will leave you with a good feeling the ambiance is unique, Italian, funny, creative and stimulating.
Perfect for a first date (because there are so many decorations that can help you break the Ice and start conversations.)
Also perfect as family restaurant because everyone in your family will be happy. And you can upgrade your dish to family size which is almost twice as much food for about $10-15
Perfect for birthdays ! Because they will bring you a colosal thing with brownies and ice cream for free on your bday!!!
Normally it’s just 2-3 of us and we order the family size and take left overs for lunch next day.

Stuffed shells ( I ask them to use their spicy marinara bcs I like it to have a kick)
The Salmon is fantastic !
Honestly everything I’ve tried has been great but that is what I love to order.
The server seemed a little bored with us, but The food was yummy, not the best ever but tasty. When we went last time, it was a new employee on his first day, and he was fantastic. Huge portions! Look for the fantastic specials!
