Restaurant was nice & clean. That’s the ONLY thing good I can say about my experience. Had to wait 1 hour to be seated (that wasn’t their fault) but after being seated is where it went downhill quickly. Wife got a 19.00 Salad with grilled chicken (couldn’t find the chicken there was so little of it…maybe 3 minuscule pieces with one slice of strawberry…all else just greens…again $19). I got a Shrimp Po Boy ($19.99) and the bread was toasted beyond belief. It was as hard as a piece of cement. When I attempted to close the sandwich the bread broke into many pieces. Tried to squeeze the bread and it disintegrated into powder in my hand. Waiter didn’t come back after first checking right after food touched the table. No refill of my drink (Coke at $3.75 too). I spent $45 for the worst meal that I can remember from a restaurant. Sonic serves better food. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
We were visiting here as we were in town for a day from Texas. I’m a huge Forrest Gump fan so the husband treated me. Let’s start off with parking was $12 an hour next door to the restaurant. Thank god we paid for 2 hours because my steak was still frozen so we had to wait for it to thaw. The Mac and cheese was gritty and not from the bread crumbs either. The mashed potatoes were just ok at best. The steak was so full of fat and gristle that it was hard to eat and had absolutely no flavor. My airport steak tasted better than this. For $103 ($127 with parking) for two meals and two drinks, I definitely expected better than this. The fries my husband had was about the best tasting thing there. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. No wonder we were literally the only guest there!
Really cool place! Especially if you're a movie fan. There was some interesting costumes & things from the movie on display. The food was delicious. Our waitress Rose was friendly, attentive & definitely on point, she checked on us regularly & was super knowledgeable about food & drink recommendations. Manager, give her recognition; great service seems to be rare these days. Parking is a little tricky but there's definitely cheap spots within walking distance. Just don't park in the lot directly next door bc it's $25/hour. We paid $3 and walked one block. Expect to spend around $30/person or so. We got 2 entrees, a cocktail & a soda for $70 before tip. Little pricey maybe, but this is definitely a tourist type spot downtown & the food was great quality, so it's expected.
Our waitress was the tops! Awesome service and food. Enjoyed immensely. I have experienced bubba gumps several times before. Never been this good!!
This place has a cool atmosphere if you want to come and check it out. But the food was terrible. I ordered a $36.99 steak and shrimp. The steak was supposed to be medium and came out rare, and the shrimp was so rubbery and chewey I sent the whole plate back. The server we had didn't know much about the menu when we asked about gluten free options, and the manager he asked just told him the caesar salad without croutons was gluten free. We had to pull up the menu online to find out what was safe for gluten sensative individuals. Overall, the price tag for the food here is hefty, and definitly not worth it. Womens bathroom had no soap or toilet paper and the online payment system on the receipt didn't work. Would not recommend.
Went here with the family after coming from Ocean Aquarium downtown. I don't know if it was an off day but the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered the Texas Chicken which looked like the chicken breast had been cut into thirds. I mean the pickle slice was thicker than the chicken breast. The bread was hard on the exterior and 6 to 8 times thicker than the chicken. There was only one piece of bacon. You should avoid this place at all costs. You will be more fulfilled by drinking a glass of warm water. This place is extremely overpriced. You would be better off going to Wendy's or even McDonald's.
It was honestly pretty cold but the food was great. The potatoes in the boil came out undercooked, but they easily traded them out for some mashed potatoes for me. Over all super good meal!
There was a bit of a wait for our food after ordering, our server didn’t check on us too much.

It was a little busy, especially since there was only 1 server working all the tables.
The place was very nice and clean, staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs when asked.
Dishes were: Garlic shrimp & crab boil, Bang Bang Shrimp
The garlic shrimp & crab boil was a slightly sweet, the bang bang shrimp was also slightly sweet and savory. Both were delicious.
This place has high chairs and booster seats, also good to note is they will serve apple juice if you ask for it.
Paid parking lot is located next to the restaurant, $24 for two hours.
