I took my BMW to this business to take care of a engine coolant leak and it turned out to be a minor fix. Brian took care of it and to my surprise he didn’t want to charge me a penny for it since it was just a clamp replacement. This wasn’t a big deal to him but it sure was for me. It’s hard to find honest and decent mechanics that you can trust. Thank you so much Brian!

This place is an absolute gem and the place to take your BMW to! The prices are fair, in fact they are cheaper than other shops I took my BMW to.
The owner, Brian, is extremely knowledgeable about these cars. At other places there’s always a waiting list to get work done even if it’s only supposed to take a few hours, and they rarely call you with updates, unlike BTG. Brian had my water pump and thermostat diagnosed and replaced that day.
An absolute pleasure to deal with. I just wish I had only found them sooner!
Very sad that this people gave me a Quote a Quote that was given by Brian to have the car fix they charge me $753 dollars and the car was not fix , I bring back the car and they came back with another issue I recommend any body not to go to this place
From the initial phone call conversation with Rachel to dealing with Brian and his staff. We have nothing but good things to say about them.!! I brought my BMW 44i car in for a problem with the engine. Brian, diagnosed it, repaired it, and the best part of it all is, he always kept us informed as to what was going on!!! Upon delivery, he had the car cleaned and returned it in excellent condition. I highly recommend Brian and his staff to repair any BMW you have problems with.
Was referred this place and its wonderful!! Kept taking my car to bmw dealership and spending over $3000. Bmw could not figure out the problem after having my car for 2 almost 3 months straight. Took it to BTG and they instantly found the issue fixed it in a couple days and car had no problems!! Saved me alot more money then bmw.
Sent this repair shop a 2011 BMW X5 that needed a head gasket. The hourly rate was decent for the area and not trying to overcharge. While the vehicle was down, they replaced my alternator as well without charging me for the labor.
Unfortunately for the shop, my BMW kept throwing an engine light. This is where I'll justify my 5 stars. It took them multiple attempts to find out why the engine light kept going off, but didn't charge me any extra labor or parts. They repaired the issue for the agreed on price. I'm sure this project was frustrating as it was an injector seal issue at the end that wasn't sealing correctly when they reassembled the engine.
Once all was repaired, this car runs faster and harder than when we bought it! The head was completely reworked and now wife is happy to keep the car for a couple of more years!

DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIR AT THIS PLACE. When I came here, I had one light problem and then leaving this place, I had MANY lights coming off on my BMW 3Series. It's crazy that they did more damage than fixing it. Then when it came to diagnosing the car, they scrambled and wasn't precise on what the car's problem was. And the fact they said they had to drive my car somewhere else to be fixed but I cannot be with them seems skeptical and unreliable. Also let me add, the fact that most of them are out of uniform and I saw one guy who works there drinking a beer?? Would you really want your car being handled so lightly considering YOU'RE the ones to drive it and not them? Seems like they don't care about your SAFETY with the CAR they're supposed to FIX than damage. Im glad I found a better place to have my car taken care of. SO NO THANKS to this place and people, they shouldn't be given at any credit to work because they're all about taking your money and breaking your cars and bank.
