I paid 300.00 for a human hair wig that was mixed with synthetic and they say it’s nothing they can do.. like how and u scammed me
The best customer service EVER! The young gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in helping his customers.
Update: I had to back to BSW hair to get more braiding hair for my daughter. I was hoping to see the same young man, because he was so wonderful. Unfortunately, he wasn't there. I believe the owner of the establishment was the one who helped me. He was amazing as well! I love shopping here. They have so many fun things!!!! I bought cute hair clips for my two younger daughters to use on their American Girl Dolls! YAY!!!!!! Wait, and a little wave brush for my hubby!!!!! It is so cute and tiny. He said, he'll use it on his beard!
I found BSW through a Google search. I was looking for sandy blonde ombre braiding for box braids. They have quite few selections. And the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service.

I have gone to this store maybe 200+ times over the course of 7 years. I always get the same great treatment. The staff are greatvand knowledgable and always help when needed. The atmosphere is just calm and professional. I love finding new items there as well. From hair products, scarves, headbands, wigs, crochet hair and makeup and even jewelry.
Great store. Only gave 4 stars because the parking could be better.
This store is amazing on every level possible !!! There's upstairs and downstairs hair shopping ! If you can think it they definitely may have it ! My sister is from out of state and was over impressed with the store ! She said she would gladly hope on the highway anytime to shop there ! That says a lot ! Thanks guys keep up the great work !!!
