Went back recently and decided to add more photos and write out a more thoughtful review.
First and foremost - the food. The fish taco was solid, and the pickle chips was a surprising favorite for me. I personally wasn't a huge fan of the garlic fries or the mac and cheese bites. That being said, my other half thought they were phenomenal. I think it was a matter of ordering too much fried food though.
Next, and arguably most importantly, the beer selection is pretty great. They don't go for basic local San Diego breweries, but include the well-known classics.
The way they designed the walls with different brewery logos is neat, and something we hope to add to our home. The artwork on the community board also gave us a local vibe, which we appreciated.
Our server, Beni, was friendly and welcoming, which is one of the main things we look for when deciding if we want to come back and eat somewhere. Overall, it was a nice experience and would give a 4.5 rating if possible.
For those who like beer, this is a good option. I don't like beer and could only tolerate the fruity option. The drafts, IPAs and the stouts were just too bitter for me.
Their burgers are good! I got the Fancy Pants burger, and loved eating every bite!

Good service, ordered an ABC burger and added a fried egg to it, man it was gnarly, I had to squeeze the burger down to get a good big bite on it. The meat was tasty and cooked perfectly
Food was really the only redeeming quality. The waiter brought out the wrong drink orders and at one point he snagged his pants on the table and they came undone, accidents happen, but he then proceeded to retuck his shirt and did not wash his hands before handling our food or drinks.
Stopped by with a friend in the evening to wait out bad traffic. We were very impressed and happy to have stopped. Great beer selection. Amazing fries. Good portions. Obviously, they are known for burgers but the Panini with chicken and presto was great and had four good sized chicken breast cutlets. Service was quick and attentive. Also knowledgeable about beers on tap.
The place was packed and the food was as good as the beers. Took a out of town friend out for lunch. This restaurant was a good choice, as we both like burgers and a good beer. Service was outstanding and prices were fair. Enjoyed the place, gotta come back when the Padre's are playing at home. Bet the place rocks then
Amazing beers, and great food! Their homemade potato chips are perfect! And strangely the fish burrito is the best I've ever had. The only issue I have is it seems a bit more expensive than it should be. Still my go-to favorite bar/grill in Mira Mesa.
