Wonderful ladies here! All very friendly, sweet, and helpful! Lexi did an amazing job on my hair and I absolutely loved it. I finally found my go to salon and stylist. Bonus, it did not cost an arm and a leg!
I have not had my hair cut in about 4 years and was dying to get it done today. Walked in and Victoria was able to take me right away. She did an amazing job and was amazing company and conversation while making me feel good about myself again! Will definitely be going back!
Linda is always professional. Her prices are reasonable and her work is wonderful. I highly recommend getting your nails done at Brushes salon.
Beautiful Salon with great Stylist. Cicely is my Cosmetologist and she does amazing work every single time I am satisfied and happy with my hair. Would definitely recommend her. If your like me and have anxiety when it comes to getting a haircut I can assure you that you're in good hands when you go see Cicely. Tell her Erika Sent ya! ????????????
This was my first time coming here, I just came on a whim. My hair stylist was Mandy. We hit it off immediately! She gave great recommendations and really made me look and feel GREAT! That’s not all though, the atmosphere is amazing! Many of the employees talked to me. I truly lost track of time in there, I felt I could be myself. I made an appointment with Candi the young lady who does the pedicures, based on her bright and FUNNY personality alone. I will be coming back. I found my lil home lol. Great job guys! <3 Skye
You are greeted as soon as you step inside. Everyone is so friendly, and makes you feel welcome. I get my nails done by Candi, and my hair done by Mandy, they are both very professional ladies.
Erin did my hair (highlights and lowlights) and gave me EXACTLY - and I mean EXACTLY - what I was looking for. I don't ever want to go somewhere else for my hair again! HIGHLY recommended. I get so many compliments on my hair now!! Go to Brushes and you won't regret it!
Amanda is great! I’m am sure some of their other stylists are as well and the salon is very nice but sadly I won’t be back. I’ve noticed when a couple certain stylists are also there the vibes are just not as friendly and it feels uncomfortable..it seems like as long as you fit the description of what seems to be their normal clientele (skinny, petite, Barbie looking pretty much) you seem to be welcomed...but as a plus size girl who doesn’t at all fit that description I always feel uncomfortable when I’m in there especially when I’m being given dirty looks for absolutely no reason. I always go to Amanda who is super sweet and is a very good stylist but she is currently on maternity leave so I was referred over to another stylist (one of the ones that doesn’t seem all that friendly to me) but I desperately needed a haircut so I sent her a Facebook message anyways asking for her availability and to set up an appointment...I ultimately got left on read. I also sent the salon Facebook page a message asking to book an appointment with whoever was available..again got left on read even though I was told Facebook was the best and quickest way to set up appointments. I’m always very polite and friendly and just really not very hard to please at all (I’m not a “Karen” lol) and rarely ever post reviews like this but I ultimately feel kinda discriminated against for being a plus size woman (I’m just assuming this is what the issue is because I don’t really know anything else that could possibly be a “problem”) . If you do decide to go here I highly recommend going to Amanda but other than her if you don’t look like their usual clientele you probably won’t feel very comfortable in this environment. I’m currently looking for a new salon to go to because a haircut and color isn’t worth being discriminated against or being made to feel uncomfortable in my opinion.
