Called to make a last minute appointment. Salon said they could take me. When I arrived was told they could not. Something of a mix up. I understand, but they could have called me to let me know.
Once again Traci was amazing. Today my son had nearly 11 inches cut off to donate. He's quite happy with his cut, he absolutely loves Traci! Our before and after.
Went to Brush for the first time and will not go back. I was placed with Beth. First she made me wait 25 minutes past my appointment to do someone else’s haircut who came in after me, #2- asked if I liked my all over color and I said yes match what I have,I just wanted to cover the gray, I came out at least three shades darker from her pulling the color she chose through. I couldn’t tell until I got home into better light how bad it was. I went from warm medium brown with natural highlights to almost black! #3-I asked her to trim up my eyebrows and she said I didn’t need it. ????????♀️ Isn’t that up to me? They are a bit thin but I just wanted the bushy gone. #4- she cut my bangs wet so of course they dried shorter then I wanted and now the fall flat and forward instead of side swept. I asked why she was cutting wet and she said that’s how she does it. I’ve always been told never cut bangs wet. I was polite as I try to be, said looks great since I don’t want to hurt feelings, tipped well as I always do, even made an appointment. Once I got home and really looked it is awful. I’ll never return there. She was arrogant, a know it all, and just didn’t listen. Too bad as the other stylist seem really nice. Wish I had gotten one of them.
Always great service and staff that listens to there customers with great attitudes and clean shop. Keep up the great work!!! Stll my number one spot for a hair cut after 2 years and my kids love it too. Mari, Val, and Traci thanks for all the great cuts and die jobs (Kids Only)!!!
I cannot believe I have never posted a review of JKlips, however if I could give them 10 stars I would! My kids will not go anywhere else, we absolutely love Mari! She listens to what we want and if we are undecided, she helps us 'figure it out'. My daughter has waxing (eyebrows) done occasionally and she says it doesn't even hurt...they are all just awesome. Great place, ya gotta go!
Beth is awesome! Not only did she work me in on very short notice but I left with a great haircut! I have never had a hairdresser that was so knowledgeable. If you have a hair question Beth is your girl. I left feeling like I have a solid game plan to keep my hair healthy and I will be back to see her! Thanks again!
J Klips salon does a wonderful job. Jessica's cuts are the best! (I can always tell as a cut grows out, and Jessica's maintain that great shape). The salon's decor is upscale; the prices are reasonable! All in all an above average experience!
Couldn't even do a basic trim.... She kept asking me "is that better?....thank you for learning with my through my mistake" AFTER she bragged about doing hair for 20 years. She blasted my ear when washing it and burned me with hot water and smelled horribly of cigarettes. Do NOT recommend this place. Had to go to Great Clips (of all places) to get my hair "fixed"
