It is takeout only. Last if the few true pizza restaurants that use fresh dough. I hate ordering a pizza and they have a frozen pizza out and put it in an oven.
I want the real thing, and that is what Bruno does. Tons of whatever you order on it. The meat is quality, so you don't have a plate of liquid fat left.
No individual slices, and the personal feeds two average people.

Today my household placed an order with Bruno's in Agawam for the 1st time. As we are fairly new to Agawam. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, Buffalo boneless wings and a large steak n Cheese. I am a Jersey girl, so I requested for my American cheese to be cooked in with the meat on the grill. The individual didn't catch his name "sure I can do that for you ." Let me tell how pleased I was with the whole experience. They arrived exactly on the mentioned time of arrival. The thought that went into making my grinder with extra love and attention spoke volume to me. The service was excellent plus, food delicious, customer service A+++. Thank You ????

Very tasty combo pizza. Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. Nice pleasant people.
Haven't gotten a pizza from them in a long time. They had changed the sauce or not cooked it long enough and I kept on getting sick from it.
Heard from a couple of friends there was someone else who has taken over the management and a new cook (I believe it's all still family) and decided to order again. The pizza was AWESOME! Ordered a 16", combo, light on the pepperoni and added mushrooms. Asked for well done! Pizza was PERFECT!
Will start ordering again from here!
We just moved here to Springfield and we finally found the best pizza place in the world my son had a hamburger pizza and I had veal parmesan they were both the most amazing food we've had since we moved out here keep up the hard work guys
Long story short:
- pizza was cold
- delivery was 30 min late
- meat lovers does not include ham or bacon
That’s too many strikes for me.
Ordered a large half Hawaiian, half meat lovers on a Tuesday at 5:40 for delivery. Was told 45 min. Pizza arrived at an 1hr 15 min. The main problem, our pizza was cold.
I called back and the only solution offered was for them to pick up the cold pizza and make a new one but it would be another hour wait. My family was starving and it was now 7:00, I could not wait another hour.
Beyond that their meat lovers does not include ham or bacon. Not sure why/how you mess that up intentionally but they did.
I can look past being late or missing toppings but a cold pizza is really disappointing.
Picked up our pizza, and the gentleman that took care of us was super nice. Pizza had an amazing crust and tasted delicious. The wings were great as well. Will return for sure.
