What an amazing experience. Since we moved to Ohio we have been looking for a great pizza stop. They have so much on their menu. We ordered 5 pizza's and 6 treats. This pizza reminded me of a shop back home in New York. My mom is hear visiting and said the same thing. Hey guys you all did an amazing job. Congratulations of earning a repeat customer and I suggest to your customers the NY Style pizza. It's amazing. I would love to app pictures of the food but doesn't give the option.
Never had a bad meal here. Katie is a great server. Refreshing to have someone younger shine in public service. Kudos to the rest of the staff as well.
great pizza. I had one excellent sausage sandwich. Plus I got a couple Small conoli's for dessert
Everything on the menu is great, can't complain about the food at all been coming here for years and even at mall location. However they all have bad attitudes and absolutely hate when you place a big order. Placed a ordered for 2 stuffed pizzas and the one guy that use to work at the southern park mall location about flipped s$!# and rolled his eyes. The women with brown hair she is super rude mean lady!!! Makes a person feel bad and unwanted when your treated like this especially when you are supporting their business which supports their home life, you think they'd be happier getting expensive large orders.
We drive from Zelienople Pa just to come here… it’s the best around….. the service is amazing, friendly staff who work hard and should be proud of the food they sell!
I went there to eat because I always had a good experience and the food is good. I went there on Thursday and expected the same experience. However I was very disappointed. They were busy and I asked someone if I could speak to the manager at their convenience. I had a flier I wanted to drop off and wanted to only ask if I could leave it for them to review later. The bar tender (apparently the manager) came over and before I could say anything he said he could talk to me and to come back when it was not as busy. Yes, I understand that and planned to return at a different time with the flier. However after that he never came back to ask if our dinner was okay, never offered another drink and when we asked for our check he quickly sat it in from of my husband and walked away. Not a word was said to either of us. I am very disappointed at How rude he was. I did get a response from Bruno Brothers on FaceBook and they let me know in all caps to bring the flier NOT AT NIGHT OR DURING KARAOKE. Basically ignoring that my complaint was not about the flier but the disrespect afterwards. Then they deleted my comment.
We ordered the Da Big Bruno deep dish pizza, and it was amazing. Fully loaded with toppings, and the crust was crunchy on the outside but nice and chewy on the inside. We will definitely be going back and can't wait to try other things on the menu.
Went for dinner there. The pepperoni roll was very good and fresh. I enjoyed the sauce they have. Next time I’m going for the Brier Hill pizza. #supportlocalbusiness
