We've been to this restaurant twice in the last couple of weeks because we were up that way for an appointment. Never been before but highly recommend. It's very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is delicious. I've had the shrimp and grits which I highly recommend. I also have had a chef salad. My husband got the waffles with bacon
Which he enjoyed. He also got a skillet one time but he felt that the potatoes were a little hard. They have quite a large menu and a large dining area so we've not had any difficulties getting a table.
Went here around 8 am on Sunday. Perfect time, so few in there. All the food was awesome and we chose the Buc breakfast with blueberry crunchake. Honestly too much food for 12.99, it's a sensational deal. Coffee was perfect - sincerely. Maybe a new trainee was there so we couldn't get her attention for help but the waitress was more than nice and super considerate. Will go back.
9:45 am on a Tuesday morning. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Service was fast and friendly. The western omelette, grits, English muffin, coffee and orange juice couldn’t have been better. Will definitely be returning to Brunchie’s on North Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa.
The food was bomb! Our waitress was a really nice lady. She immediately greeted us at our table to get us our drinks. She was very attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed. Our food came out quickly and was nice and hot. The coffee was strong, just the way I like it. The ONLY negative I'll give is the drinking water. It tasted like tap and bad. Definitely need bottled water or a better filter system.
first time here. my boyfriend and i came on a busy Sunday morning around 10:30 and we were sat within 10 minutes and our server came up to us quickly and we got our food in 10 minutes(not a guess, i timed it). My food was great, i get lox bennys a lot and something about this one tasted different, in a good way, it wasn’t a cut n paste of others, i think it was the hollandaise; i thoroughly enjoyed it. Also the amount of hollandaise on it wasn’t overwhelming leaving me with a soaked bagel. I personally didn’t love the homefries but i didn’t dock it from the stars given because objectively they were good, i just didn’t love them. I include in my photos the menu so the consumer has an updated menu to look at, the receipt to see if brunchies is within budget and a picture of my bronx lox benny!
Sunday 27 August 2023, Enjoyed a great brunch with family.
Back to Brunchies with the girls for another great brunch... I had a waffle, which was delicious - it was crispy on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside. Sausage is always delicious , and the Mimoso hit the spot. The girls had the kids pancakes which are always a hit. ;) We enjoyed another great breakfast, thank you!
Outstanding food and a superb experience with Christopher. We appreciated his attention to detail and our family. I had the Buccaneers feast with french toast, hit the spot. Our girls had the kids pancakes. Everything was excellent. PS the mimosas and champagne were generous pours. Thanks again!
You will definitely find what you are craving or if not then they can customize your order. I love the menu creativity. It was however lacking some flavor creativity- some seasoning, some spice. It almost felt like you could prepare these meals at home.
Selena was an incredibly nice server.
We haven't been back since a bug incident in 2018 but decided to give it another try considering the 4.5 rating. Our server seemed cold initially and only warmed up some towards the end of our meal. The food and coffee were good, although it took a bit longer than expected to be served. I think they had a breakfast meeting going on in a side room but the rest of the place was fairly empty. On the fence about going back.
