Best WLM Reviews

Bagels are pretty good. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a dozen bagel combo. I arrived at around 6:40 am with only 1 person in front of me. I never left until 7:10 am. I received my dozen bagels and cream cheese but had to wait for my breakfast sandwiches. They forgot about my order. The guy that took my order (who I believe may have been the manager) was a prize package. When I first went to place my order, I thought it would be smart to order my sandwiches first so that they could be prepared while the dozen bagels were being bagged. I got snipped at by the man saying to give him my bagel order first and then after realizing my logic, changed his mind. When he saw me waiting at 7:00 am, he asked what I was waiting for. I told him and he said it was being worked on. Five minutes later, he looked at me and asked very rudely what I was waiting for again and I said 2 breakfast sandwiches and very rudely asked what kind. There were only 3 other people that came in after me and they had left, and none of the orders were anything more than bagels and cream cheese. I'd hate to see what happens when it's actually busy. Hopefully they get their act together. I had been at the Hopkins Road location previously and they were fantastic. I went during their grand opening. The place was jam packed and I received my order very quickly. They had their act together. Went to Main & Harlem because it's closer to home, but after seeing the disorder, I'll stick with Hopkins Road.
We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order. We got two bagels and they got both our orders wrong. The place gets so crowded as everyone is standing around the counter listening for their names. Considering how slowly the staff make the orders you would think they would use that time to make sure they’re made correctly
If you enjoy waiting 30 minutes for a mediocre, incorrectly made bagel, in a dirty and bland setting, this is the place for you. I used to love going to Bruegger's Bagels in Pittsford, but the days of quality food in a nice atmosphere are long gone. It's so over.
This is absurd. Like, I’m beyond angry and had a little laugh about it. This morning, for the third time in three visits, I did not get what I ordered for my to-go order. Instead of turkey sausage on my breakfast sandwich, I got sliced deli turkey (is that a thing? I was not expecting this). And the cinnamon raisin bagel was something different … no raisins.
What’s almost paranormal about this is that the poor service I’ve received is a continuation of botched orders from Bagel Jay’s and Manhattan Bagel, the predecessors of Brueggers in the same location.
(Why do I keep going? I have a young son who likes the food and they are just around the corner. We probably go there 3-4 times per year. Otherwise I avoid it unless I’m in the mood to be surprised)
I don’t write many reviews but I’m sitting in the parking lot of this establishment and couldn’t write this review faster. I am shocked at how this place is run. The staff is absolutely horrible! First person taking my order gave me so much attitude and complained to another coworker about her pay and how she doesn’t want to be here. Then, I go to pick up my sandwich and another worker just standing there said I was rude because I didn’t say hello. What? I’m simply waiting for my sandwich. I was a HUGE bagel jays fan and was excited to see brueggers was coming behind bagel jays, but I will not be returning to this establishment simply because the shocking rudeness from the staff. Do better…
A huge disappointment. Bagels were just OK, certainly not great, and definitely not worth $4.50 for cream cheese on a small bagel. They hardly put any cream cheese on the bagels, it was comical. The staff was not friendly and the restaurant seating is Meh. While their bagels are better Tim Hortons, their prices and atmosphere don't warrant the cost of waiting for small bagels.
I get it that it was lunch time, but people were waiting over 30 minutes for a single bagel. We had a fairly large order which it took almost 50 minutes to get all of. We took it home and found that two of our items were wrong. My guess is in their rush they swapped pieces with someone else's order.
I was hesitant to stop by because of the reviews. Sandy and Kay prepared a fresh hot order for me within minutes. The coffee was delicious.
