They tend to open about 40 minutes behind schedule, yet they still take mobile orders at 6:00 am. You'd think being in a strip mall would encourage better timing, but it doesn't seem to help. Bagels were great.
Caitlyn and Mahni were great. The food is always excellent.
Great food! However the Hyde park location is never open on time (they keep the doors locked and lights turned off until they feel like opening.. sometimes they open on time, sometimes it’s 30 minutes late), they take forever to make the sandwiches, and the workers could be friendlier (they are pretty rude) but the food is great.
Placed an order on the website for in-store pick-up. When we arrived there was a sign on the door that said no bagels were available. We asked for a refund and were told we have to do it online. We’ve been trying to contact online customer service for a week now to no avail. Just unacceptable. Do not place online orders with Bruegger’s EVER.
waited in line for half an hour to order 3 bagels (2 plain and 1 blueberry)... they all had burnt seeds on the bottom, so they were inedible. please clean your equipment more often!
Employees act like we’re bothering them when placing an order. Shut this place down. Give your business to the bagelry
As a manager of a neighboring business, This is totally unacceptable from employees or management to just throw their trash out like that.
Loose food, eggshells, bagels and such all over the walkway of fellow patrons. Even if trash didnt get picked up there is no excuse for it to look like that. it reflects on your business. Employees and management should have picked that up.
The owner needs to be aware of what HIS business looks like. boxes could've been broken down to save space and bags tied closed to prevent it from coming out all over the sidewalk..
Last of responsibility and good work ethics on everyone.

If you have a choice to go to this Bruegger’s location or literally any other one, go to the other one. They are never open on time (I’ve been waiting here at 6:15 for 15 minutes for them to open and get food before work, when they should be open at 6am) and the customer service is trash ???? thx for another breakfast ruined fam ☝️
