Reporting Bus 665-4 from Rivera for purposely leaving me. I was running late due to an emergency and I got to the bus in the afternoon and the lady looked at me then nodded her head no and drove off without me. This is very frustrating since I don’t have a ride until
6 pm.
This was my twins first year in school and riding the bus. Our bus driver in bus 663 from Palm Grove was great. He was attentive, caring, and always looked out for them. My kids were very comfortable with him. Thank you for everything you did this academic year (2021-2022)
Never answer the phone now there number is saying disconnected. This isnt convenient at all. And the app they tell you to use doesnt even update with the current school. ????
Bus 499 going to Lucio M.S. is the worst. He takes forever in picking up the kids especially when it's raining like right now. He's always calling in sick and then his replacement doesn't even know the route and doesn't even stop for the kids. This is his first year here in Brownsville and he's had the worst experience with this bus 499 since the beginning of the school year.
Bus 675 does not follow its route and whoever is a answering the phones at the bus barn has no clue what he’s talking about. Mrs Davila in charge of the routes doesn’t even know what route the drivers are taking
