I was in an accident on I-71 this week. Finally got a rental car 30 hours later to go get my stuff out of my car so I could travel home 350 miles and the lady in the office wasn’t helpful at all. No one offered any assistance to get my stuff out of my car in the tall weeds back in the field. I can’t believe they are on any contract with KY and treat people so poorly. She wouldn’t help me work with my insurance company to be able to get my car. I will be reaching out to KY authorities to let them know how terrible they treat people.
