He came out and got our car the night it was hit by a drink driver. He got there quick, he was kind, and he was informative. When we came out to retrieve our belongings a few days after, he met us the same way. I can't say how much I appreciate that????

Brown and Sons picked up our sons motorcycle after he wrecked in Chapel Hill.

375 for tow and 40 per day storage.

Less than 48 hrs after they possessed the bike they charged my son $875.

They would NOT provide a detailed bill of charges and grew angry that we even asked.

I was "TOLD" I got a deal.

As a small business owner, I am FLOORED that these guys keep their state contracts to tow.

STAY AWAY - if they are THIS dishonest on this side of business, I doubt they are honorable elsewhere.

This company has been by far the best place I have ever come to with a quickness I was back on the road .

Dropped my car off for help with anti theft issue where dash lights wouldn’t go off and it would kill battery if not switched off at battery and speedometer sensor replaced . Waited almost 4 months with bad communication to just get told they couldn’t fix it. Didn’t fix sensor either . When I went to pick it up there was parts to another car inside , the fuse box cover from under the hood was gone and had to be put back on by a guy that filling in for them . Theft problem it went in for was worse it’s stuck in emergency flasher mode but the turning signals don’t work now.They had worked when I dropped it off. They had switched computers that they said didn’t fix it and I think they just left the used one in there and left the one I had in it out. I’m not sure on that but can’t explain the emergency thing and turning signals not working now. Even though they didn’t charge nothing I think the problem might be way worse than it went in for. This place is far from repaired. I had a power steering problem that I thought my cousin would repair because he told me he could. He's a bad Mason. My car was returned in worse condition. And I'm sure he lost his kids over this. Jeff Brown is a crook because he refused to refund me for poor service.

My work van had quit on me twice that day. A friend recommended Brown and Son to me. Wow! I could not have been more pleased. Great service, extremely fair price, and the turn around was amazing!!! I have told several of my friends/family/and customers about them since getting back from vacation. They will be servicing my personal vehicles now as well. A pleasure doing business with good honest folks!!!!!

These low-lives damaged my front bumper and completely broke my exhaust pipe in two on my Escalade. Charged me $190 for a tow that was literally 1/2 mile. Calling this father son duo a couple of crooks would be an insult to crooks.

Honest family-owned business. Bill and Jeff are very friendly. I had broken manifold studs that couldn't be fixed in the vehicle. The bill was lower than I expected based on the hours required to do the repair. Very impressed overall. Highly recommend.
