Dropped by motor off to be rebuilt, was supposed to take 2 months. Communication overall was terrible, I emailed and called and maybe 5% of the time i got a response. Got a bit of discount in the end but it took a year to get the engine done, just terrible turnaround... Had an issue they forgot to install a plug in the head and it made the engine sound like it had a knock in the motor, they didn't come out to check the issue out after they got my money. I didn't figure out what the issue was until quite some time of narrowing down the possibilities...

Dropped these off for head servicing. Was told 2 weeks. I called after 4 weeks because I hadn't heard from them. Finally got a hold of them week 5. I visited the shop week 7 and they hadn't been touched. Week 8 they would not answer or return calls. Week 9 they are out on vacation. Finally get them back at the end of 9 weeks and I have to take them to another shop to be completed. Unorganized, unprofessional, uncommunicative, and lied multiple times about the status and quality of the work done. Highly not recommended.

Dropped my motor off, it’s been now 2 years, they won’t pick up the phone or answer the door. No luck. Don’t waste your time, or lose your motor by these crooks.

They do good work, fair prices, Kelly has built a few engines for me. All of them have turned out great. Only down side is sometimes it can take a little bit to get your engine started, that's what happens with the good shops. but it really is worth the time, it's done right.

Zero communication with customers. Finally had to pull my short block from this shop after 2 months of no progress and they gave it back to me covered in in medal shavings. The lady who works there is very nice though.

Brought it in beginning of December, ask if he could have it done before Christmas , he said sure. Didn't say which Christmas though. 3 months later i went an picked up my parts. charged me for polishing the crank , never was done, never even cleaned the rods, all he did was the block and i have to have that checked to see if its right, by someone else. communication is horrible, wont call you back, no updates

4 months kept a block. Never returns phone calls. No expectation of when it was going to be completed. Was told they could do the work. This block was never touched in 4 MONTHS!! Very bad service. Couldn't tell you about the work they do never seen any.

Been trying to get ahold of somebody all week. Left messages, no return calls. I'm not even certain this business is even open. I needed a flywheel resurfaced about a year ago, and tried to use them then, and same issue, nobody answers the phone, and never call back.
