Best WLM Reviews

I had the portabella burger and house fries and it was delicious! Finished with an avocado cream which a perfect complement to the sandwich. Enjoyed the Just Peachy Bubbles and I will be back for both the burger and the bubbles. Jesse the manager and Clayton the Chef touched the table which was extremely impressive!! Great Job Brown Iron! See you soon
The food was amazing! The BBQ sauce was delicious, the meats were perfect, and the salads were scrumptious, but like so many restaurants, the wait was long, and they seemed to be short staffed. If you don't have kids with you and can wait, it is worth it. I would recommend the salmon burger, so good!
It’s just okay. I came in yesterday and had the brisket eggroll as a starter, followed by the burnt ends and the Texas beef brisket. My recommendation if you come here is to avoid the beef brisket. It’s absolutely rubbery and for the first time in my life I had to use a fork and knife to cut up the brisket so I can chew it. It was a huge letdown. And it wasn’t the only time, the beef brisket is like this almost every time. I am tired of giving it a chance and will be avoiding the brisket from now on. The burgers are decent, which is what I’m gonna stick to. Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes were good, but I came here for the bbq which is subpar.
The beer selection is tremendous. 83 different offerings - including gluten-free, alcohol free, ciders & meads - from 12 states & Quebec (Nov '23).
And the food offerings, though a bit pricey, are all mouth-watering. I'm not hungry and I'm trying to decide what to order because I can't see leaving without eating something (and I'm about to start my third beer). The two BBQ sauces sitting here, honey garlic & candied apple, are so tasty they should be beverages.
I decided on the pork sandwich- slaw on the side - with the seasoned fries. The fries are killer. The slaw is supposed to be pineapple jalapeño. If either of those things are in it, I cannot find them. Brings nothing to the party. The pork sandwich, however, is fire, tender, juicy and with the candied apple BBQ sauce on it, good enough to steal it off your mother's plate.
A niggling complaint: the beer tender keeps ending every interaction with "my friend". It gets old quickly because it's so obviously insincere. He doesn't even know my name. Nice guy but needs a different, or additional, go-to phrase.
I want to move in but will have to be satisfied with them only being 10 miles from home.
Food was phenomenal. Highly recommend the burnt ends, nachos and cheese curds! Majority of the seats are large picnic table style which are actually comfortable and very fun. Able to fit several people at a table! Atmosphere is fun for game nights or late night eats with friends and family. Very busy-parking lot is small. Go just south of the restaurant and there is additional parking. You will see the lot. The walk is short. This place is also nicely decorated which is fun. The food was just so great we can’t wait to come back.
Edit: took us a year to come back! Life… anyway.. food was still amazing. Drinks were good! Server was great. Lemonade was delicious. This place is so great-just wish our wallet (and waists) would allow us to come more
First timers at BIB. Loved the atmosphere and vibe and definitely reminded me of Germany. Beer selection was great and menu was good. The Brisket Egg Rolls were delicious. On the other hand, the Brisket Melt was not so great. The Brisket did not cook high enough to break down the fat which left for some pretty nasty chewy pieces. All in all it was good and I would probably go back and try something else.
The pulled pork was delicious and my wife really enjoyed the fish and chips. Portions were perfect too. Great place to try new beers and gather with friends or family
Really awesome Brewery and Restaurant.
We came on a Thursday night. It was busy at 6 when we got here but by 9 it was almost empty.
The staff was super friendly and our server was super nice and helpful. The food runner was also very nice. Our server was also working the bar.
They have an EXTENSIVE beer list. They also serve whiskey and cocktails.
The food is really good. The apps are gratz the tacos and entrees are good too.
I love the large tables in the general dining area too. Really nice bar.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
