I did my Henna Brow Training with her and it was honestly worth every penny. I learned so much about the process, tools, service, sanitation, ebook on how to build my business, on marketing and I am so ready to start my brow business she literally gave me all the information I needed to be a self made boss. If I could give 10 stars I would! I took my class back in 2021 & she’s continuing to share new business ideas/ projects with me. She’s stayed in contact, has always been supportive and responsive! I live 15 hours away from her, going to Florida and taking her class has changed my life and I couldn’t be more thankful. She’s hands down one of the best business leaders I’ve met.
Not my first time doing henna brows but my first time doing them and absolutely loving them. She shapes them according to your face and they last about a week for me. Excellent customer service and she is very good at communicating. Don’t think twice and book with her. I’ll definitely be back.
I initially went to brow vault in early December 2023 for ombré brows. My follow up appt was scheduled for the end of January however Chesle reached out to me and explained to me that she had an emergency. She further explained that she needed to reschedule my appointment. I was totally fine with this arrangement and even reached out a few days later to make certain that she was ok because at the end of the day, we are all human and things happen. It took a few weeks for her to re-schedule only providing days without actual times for possible appointments making it difficult to reschedule via text message. Finally my follow up appointment was scheduled for the end of February 2024. After a few weeks, my eyebrows healed and I noticed that they were patchy thus forcing me to still use an eyebrow pencil to fill in my brows (defeating the purpose of getting this service in the first place). Upon noticing this, I immediately reached out to her to explain my situation in addition to sending pictures of my eyebrows. It took some time for her to respond. When she finally did, she only provided day without an actual time for appointment which makes it difficult to plan accordingly. I waited a few days for her to provide a time without reply. I reached out again on 3/25/24 and she assured me that she hadn’t forgotten about me. Well it’s been over a month later and she has yet to reach out to make an actual appointment to correct my eyebrows. I rarely do customer reviews but I have been extremely respectful, understanding and patient. I simply don’t want anyone to have the same or worse experience that I’ve had.
This was a great experience. I learned so much in this class that will help in the long run to grow my business and build my clientele. Thank you so much Chesle for everything.
It was my first time getting permanent brow tattoo and I am impressed by the results. She is extremely professional, educates you throughout the process, patient, and pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my brows turned out. I highly recommend Brow Vault!
