I rarely get my eyebrows threading here but the last couple times I’ve been have been extremely disappointing.
While the overall shape they do is pretty decent , I have been continuously left with little painful cuts all over my eyelids.
I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 12 years now and here is the only place I have EVER been left with cuts afterwards.
Perfect shape and coloring of my brows. As a former resident of Chicago and Pittsburgh, She did a better job than anywhere else ever during my travels! Highly recommended
I love this place and most definitely Vaisheli’s service. I have been going here for years and won’t go anywhere else. She is the only one who does my eyebrows and they are perfect every time. I just recently started getting the tinting as well and I must say I love it too. It allows them to last longer for about two weeks and I always receive compliments on them. ???? I recommend anyone to go here you will love it too!
I got them tinted about a week ago, and was not as happy with them as I was the times I'd gotten them tinted before. They were entirely too thick and the shaping was off. However it was a different person then I usually get when I get them tinted. I do love how well they thread them though, so I do plan on giving them another shot this weekend.
Went here today to get my eyebrows threaded. I told the lady I only wanted them cleanup up and explained I would not like the shape of them changed just wanted all the extra hairs gone. She did one and I thought it seemed like she took off too much so I asked to see how that one turned out. My eyebrow from the middle was gone by a whole inch. I understand not everyone does eyebrow the same but if someone explains to you they only want hem cleaned up you should not take a whole inch off from them. I would not recommend them! ( I had her do the other one since there wasn't much that could be done for that one after she had already messed it up so I asked for the other one to just be taken off so it could look the same but that one looks so different.. Simple directions right? you would think someone who does that for a job could at least get two eyebrows somewhat the same). Very disappointed!!
Very clean, neat, and customer service oriented. There are often clients in the shop, but the wait is not too long. The staff is very good about greeting you while attending to current clients. The staff encourages you to describe your brow shape before beginning, and always check with you before you leave the chair. GOOD BROW WORK!!
When I arrived there was no one around. I rang the bell and it took about 2 minutes for the lady to come out of the back room. She didn't even seem to care I waited so long. I had pretty nice eyebrows to start with and I told her I just wanted her to touch up a few stray hairs and make my arches more defined. When she had finished, I looked into the mirror and was horrified. She butchered my eyebrows to nothing!! They are now extremely thin and I feel like I don't even have eyebrows at all anymore. I almost cried later that day they looked so bad. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and I will never go there again!! I am now desperately trying to figure out how to make them look better while they grow back out. I would NEVER recommend this place and suggest you go else where.
Poor service! I drove from another city to go there and I told the lady that I didn't want her to change the design of my eyebrow and not make it thin, I just wanted to clean it. And she did exactly what I didn't want to! She didn't talk to me about anything and was already doing the job. I came home crying because the eyebrow affects the woman's self-esteem a lot and you have to be very responsible when you go to work with it. The lady didn't even apologize to me !!! I will never return to this place, I do not recommend it to anyone
