I love this place for eyebrow threading. 8/10 times I leave this place satisfied with my the way my eyebrows turn out. I went in there with the idea of getting eyelash extensions and the lady convinced me to get a lift instead because the process was quicker and cheaper. First 2 pictures was right after I left the salon and second picture is today…5 days short from being 2 months apart. Within the 2 months many of my eyelashes have fallen off. Needless to say, I will never let them touch my lashes again. Don’t recommend that service from here.
i have used the stamp card that was given to me from them to stamp how many times i go in to do my brows and the 8th one is free. when i was there the lady that attended me did not provide me the free service she told me “next time it will be free” she spoke in her native language & i’m pretty sure they told her not to accept it. i had to pay for the service. i was going to leave tip either way but she didn’t not care.
I usually never write reviews, but I have been going to brow beauty since I was 15 and it was kiosk in the mall. I went yesterday and my eyelid was cut multiple times and my brows are not even or well shaped. I had not noticed the bleeding on my eyelid at first until I got to my car and looked at my eyebrows again. I then called for a refund, which they refused. I would no longer recommend brow beauty and would in fact warn those who may go, even long term customers who have never had bad experience because they are not the same quality or service they used to be.
Lady refused to do my upper lip because I already had my eyebrows done. She kept asking me where I got my eyebrows done. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Came in to get my eyebrows done a couple of days ago, the lady completely butchered my right eyebrow and proceeded to tell me it looked “good” . I usually always came here to get my eyebrows done , but I will be finding somewhere else. They made my brows look ridiculous.
Definitely do NOT go here!! I got lash extensions on both top eyes and my left eye lash was waaay longer than than my right. They were placed way too low to the point it stabbed the bottom of my eyelid. After complaining the lady took me downstairs to have another lady fix it. She literally RIPPED half my right eye lash off. I pulled out my phone and started video recording how bad my eye was. The lady literally screamed at me. I asked for her boss. She said no sorry I'm not getting her for you. And snatched my phone and told me I couldn't take pictures or record. Needless to say I ended up with a horrible eye infection and absolutely nothing was done about this. My mom was with me and she had her eyebrows tinted. It was awful. My 4 year old could have done a better job. Needless to say....this is absolutely not the end of it. Also this was me and my mother's first experience getting lashes and brows ever. Medical records and lawyers will be contacting them. I wouldnt have went this route if they would have atleast been decent and fixed this and not telling me I was dumb for bringing my autistic 4 year old with us. The waivers they have you sign...are not legit. Also she ripped off half the lashes onnmy right eye and said you need to pay extra to get that fixed. It's all on camera.
I agree with all the comments about them thinning your brows. They don't bother to ask what is okay to do on you. They messed up one on my brows by taking too much off so they had to take some off the other...they didint even clean up the hairs around the eyebrows they were just taking hair off where they shouldn't. My eyebrows were uneven.
Never get your eyebrows done here. I’ve continuously told them not too thin but I always leave with my eyebrow looking too thin. They also did not shape them as good as other places I’ve gone too.
