Discovered this place when driving around the city since day one people working there are very knowledgeable fast workers and very good price always bring my trucks 4 there and have sent other people I know all have said same thing fast polite workers .
Long overdue review. This place lacks training and expertise with German vehicles. This place was referred to me by my sister, who has been a customer there for over 5 years now.
I took my BMW back in early July for an oil change. After taking my vehicle the 1x my car continued to mark “engine oil level low” I didn’t think much of it and I went back for the 2x in the span of 2 weeks for them to add more oil. It wasn’t until shortly after my vehicle began having all sorts of problems - leaking oil, transmission fluid needed to be change, gasket needed to be replaced, etc.. I took my car to a mechanic in Lynwood to get these repairs done. A $1.2k bill later, is when the mechanic discovered whoever did the oil change the 1x threw away the oil filter which caused all those problems. Clearly these lube brothers don’t know what they were doing. Wish I could give this place -5 stars. I’m owed a full refund for their poor quality work, pull out the receipts. ????????????
Price for my Filter & Oil change was very reasonable ($64). People friendly, respectful & professional. They did it fast too!!! Very happy with their service, plan to go again when it is time again!! Highly recommend it. They didn't give me anything free to post excellent review. ????
First time here and it was great. The customer service was great. The timing was perfect and I'm definitely coming back to do the rest of my cars services here.
Came here to get my oil changed more than 15 minutes before their posted closing time and they turned me away saying I was too late. If you want to close at 4:30, then say you close at 4:30, not 5:00.
Brothers Express Lube in Paramount changed my oil and a week later engine blew. They sent to a shop for repair and they stripped the tensioner pulley bolt that connects to engine block and did a poor helicoil job so as soon as I got home from getting my car back I hear a rattle so I took it back to Brother's Express Lube but they could not hear what I was hearing and it never made that noise before but then it starts after the engine repair. Took back another time and still they brush it off but this 3rd time the noise was so loud and getting louder, they claim water pump going out but it is fine. The tensioner was loose and a pulley was grinding metal. Now my car is up on blocks in my backyard and I'm getting the runaround. They never gave me invoice for engine repair work after repeatedly asking them for it and I feel because I am a woman they think they can take advantage of me. I had to pay for rental before but not again. They need to fix the damage and a pay for a new rental.
I am contacting the BAR to file a complaint.
I like the service,they are very clean and attentive,I always come to service my car and I refer them.
The customer service is exceptional! My car needed multiple service items and they explained each one in detail and why the service was needed. I highly recommend Brothers Express Lube.
