I can never get someone to answer the phone and auto message says mailbox is full. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. I am trying to get service there because it is somewhat near my house but before I wanted to go I wanted to get info. I do not want to waste my time going there if they did not offer the services I needed. Please start to answer your phone so you can potentially get more clients. Thank you
Psa. I really did not want to give this a 1 star because I heard this barbershop does have great service but that is for the barbers side. Your barbershop is listed that you also have a hair salon and what I need is a hair stylist and until I could get the answer I need I would’ve given you my service. I hope this changes in the future.
A 14 year old gave me the best haircut I’ve received in Allentown in a long time.. I’ve been here for 20 years. Very talented team here!
I went in for a haircut I was greeted when I walked in which was appreciated. I went to the waiting room where an older gentleman was sitting on his phone who didn’t acknowledge me and he was the barber he got me on the seat I asked for the platinum cut and i was super disappointed with the quality of the cut not to mention he didn’t do my eyebrows as I asked him to and I didn’t get the hot towel shave as it states on the platinum cut. There was no attention to detail when it came to my cut and I was very disappointed with my cut! Also I was charged $30! Which I gladly paid as I took the risk of going to a barber not knowing his skill level! I’m not discrediting all the other barbers but the older gentleman is not a good barber! Needless to say I will not be going back to this barbershop ever again!
I was amazed by the exceptional service, the attention to detail and the professionalism displayed by the entire staff at this new barbershop. I go to the salon out back here. I went for the first time I asked her an estimate of how much it’ll be and she said a price and when she finished her work she put about $100 more. She does a great job but she’s not honest in prices to bring in clients.
The brothers barber shop is one of the best barbers in town, I've been cutting my hair for the last 14years with the brothers and the service is great and they treat you like part of the family. I recommend this barber to any one.
I checked this place out for the first time. 5 stars the people were great and they did a very good job with detail shaping it up. The place is clean. And the seats are quality seats with comfort.
