Small town diner done really well. The food was simple but fresh and really well prepared. No gluten free menu but the waitress took time to answer my questions. I had steak and eggs. My steak was served perfectly medium rare like I ordered. Prices were very reasonable. Open 7-3, 7 days a week.
Wish the tables weren't so close together due to rude, loud mouthed, customers ... but that has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. The service is great, the variety of food is great, the food tastes great, the place is clean and all the employees are friendly. It's one of my favorite places to eat in Brookfield.
The dinner is a hidden gem.

My omelet with hashbrowns was very tasty, and it's not oily like in some other places. Also, the blueberry waffle was very good. The prices are competitive. Veggie/bacon omelet is around 10$.
Very good restaurant. all of the desserts are homemade and they are SO good I recommend the turtle cheesecake. The meals are very well priced for the amount of food you get. Everything I've ordered from here has always tasted amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And it is always clean inside

My breakfast was fine once the inexperienced waitress understood how I wanted my eggs.my husband was very disappointed in his biscuits and gravy. Biscuits weren't homemade and the gravy was straight out of a can..
