I came to Broadway Pizza to take out/dine in. I ordered a few slices. The pizza Definitely reminded me of a pizza shop back in Brooklyn NY. It was on SPOT and took me BACK. My pizza was thin, cheesy, greasy. I had a decent experience! Check it out. Hope you enjoy your food. :)
Very busy when I was working on 4-23-24. I was referred to Broadway Pizza by a client as a "Very Good" pizza spot. I wanted to order pizza by the slice ahead of time so that all that I had to do is pick it up and go. The restaurant employee on the phone was making all types of complex offers in order to save me $2. I didn't have the time nor did I want to pick up a lava hot pizza that I could not eat right away. By the end of the call I withdrew my order all together and gave my business to a different restaurant in that area who made it convenient for me.The employee also clearly slammed the phone as she hung up on me. NOT A VERY GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION!
The woman who runs the place randomly charges you an extra “open food” fee of whatever she feels like. She charged me an extra $8 pretax. I usually order online so I know how much everything totals out to but I was having issues on the site so I called in. When I picked up my order she lied and stated it was due to the toppings on my pizza but I noticed the receipt on my food had the actual breakdown of the cost when I got home. Their specials don’t include fries which should’ve been taken off their website a long time ago. Not to mention this time my pizza was extra salty and my Italian sub was burnt. Terrible service and scammers…
Just called and ordered food 1hr 30min ago and driver acted like he called me and text me and left I order here several times out the week and never had this problem. Then when I call the store they get smart with me and tell me they believe they driver smh will be the last time I order there I haven’t ate all day im literally holding my phone in hand timing when it will be here that’s how hungry I am why wouldn’t I go and get my food. I didn’t receive a call or text from drive he’s a liar.
Customer service can be better. The lady who answered the phone said “hello what did you want” she rushed my order and hung up the phone before I did. Unprofessional!
Never been to the resturant but as from calling and ordering people are very friendly and nice now as far as the food it’s amazing I’ve had their pizza and wings now I’m trying the Philly cheese steak tonight hopefully it’s very good also I recommend this place best pizza spot I’ve ordered from over in the McKeesport area????
I ordered and the gave me half done food then they going to send me some more they did something to my food it made me sick I wouldn't order from them again
The food is good here I must say but I don't appreciate being charged twice for delivery and once for "open food". I tip everytime I come or order which is weekly from here so this was really disrespectful to me. I also should of been told I would of been charged another delivery fee for additional items but I wasn't. I don't think anyone would think they would be charged twice to come to the same address
