Ace Hardware is no longer at this location. 9th Ave. Ace Hardware is the closest Ace from where the Broadway Market place Ace used to be. If you want to overpay, drive to 9th Av and spend more. Otherwise Home Depot is just west of there on the other side of the train and light rail tracks.
Ps. Don't go to the Safeway there either....security over doers and huge overpriced.
Nice area with stores close enough to walk to. I miss the Kmart but love the Sams club. Nice big parking lot, friendly people, overall clean and convient.
This place is absolutely fantastic for beautiful furniture, tile, and accessory selections. Some of the stores say they require a professional installation expert to accompany customers, but we got around this requirement rather easily.

We have 2 substantial purchases from D' Amore so far. Terrific quality and service both times. If what you see from our sample photos are close to what quality level you are looking for, give D' Amore' a visit. The showroom is a fraction of what else they offer - upstairs are several designer offices with a ton of swatches for your perusal.
Photos include 1 table we purchased from D' Amore'. Walnut table top, finely shaped and finished, "Z" shaped Central leg support.
Half of the stores are gone! Ace and Dollar tree are gone, and pro boots doesn't have auto parts anymore.
Still in a state of flux. Will be interesting to see how it all ends up.
we go here for the Sam's. lots of redevelopment and new apartments coming nearby which should make the area more thriving. huge parking lot
Sam's Club here has an abundance of the things I need, like eggs and milk and garden supplies already!
