Got seated immediately -had to wait 10-15 minutes before server acknowledged us but the food and prices made up for it. It was great to see a restaurant in the hotel charge reasonable prices. We enjoyed our food and would highly recommend
As a burger fan, wanted to try these for a long time. Unfortunately, no big deal. The bread is not so good and the fries are just ok. We had the Madison square garden burger and the smoke Gouda with bacon. Really an average burger in a nice atmosphere.
The food here is amazing. We eaten here a couple of times during our trip. We tried both Caesar and house salads, which were awesome! We had the loaded tots...the were good, but missing sour cream, in my opinion. I had the Chelsea burger cooked medium. It was the perfect blend of flavors. The Broadway burger was amazing as well. You really can't go wrong here.
Great staff, friendly places clean the food was awesome. We had some starters in a couple of burgers. It was awesome.
We had three different burgers, including the Impossible one, and fried Mozzarella as starter. We were all really happy, staff was friendly, quick and attentive, nice atmosphere.

Service was slow and not very attentive. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it completely lacked flavor except for the breading, which tasted like dirty oil. The chicken was stringy. The sweet potato fries were decent and pretty standard. If you want a better restaurant option at NY NY take yourself to Chin Chin for better service and food.
The BBQ Burger was good but the bacon burger was severely overcooked. The waiter was absent and forgetful. He was often leaning against the wall on his phone. I asked for a change in soda and he never brought it. I'd try again in a pinch but there are plenty of other burger joints.
I ordered 3 item, but only received 2 items. I waited a little and then just told them not to bring the 3rd item. Waitress said she didn't even hear me order the 3rd item, so order wasn't placed. I believed her and didn't check the receipt (my mistake). Noticed when I got home that all 3 items were on the receipt! It was not busy when we were there and the waitress should have double checked to make sure it wasn't on the order. In my opinion she lied to me and then charged me for something I didn't get. Yes it is my fault for not double checking, but I shouldn't have to.
