This is our go to place! My car has over 200,000 miles on it and is in such good shape. The mechanics at Broadway have helped us maintain our vehicle and they are reasonable with their prices. Fast and reliable and super friendly.
Broadway was recommended to me and I'm so glad I considered. Dan the owner and Matt the mechanic were very friendly and offered great service. Matt was able to replace my windshield wiper motor the same day! I was surprised they had the motor in stock because I'm still waiting for the dealership were I bought my car to call me back about the motor they ordered... Anyway my car is finally fixed, thanks to Broadway Auto!
Went to Broadway for an inspection and had my brakes repaired as well. The service was top notch and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll be returning for any car repairs or tuneups in the future.
I have been going to Broadway for a very long time, started around 1998-99
with a 94 Pontiac Grand AM then a 2005 Chevy Impala, to a 2009 JEEP Patriot (worst vehicle ever), to current 2014 Ford Taurus. I truly value and appreciate Matt, Dan and the mechanics at Broadway. They are professional, they are polite, they are to the point. Most times, I drop my car off when they open; they call by noon with a diagnosis; my car is ready for pick before my work shift ends. Over the years they have truly brought comfort to me and my mom. I know when I leave my vehicle with Broadway they are going to take care of it.
This is one of the best auto repair shops in the city. They are reasonably priced and honest. Highly recommend.
I would give zero stars if I could. I read wonderful reviews about this garage on google and was excited to receive good service like other people had raved about. I went in to get my windshield wipers fixed (needed a new windshield wiper motor and linkage assembly installed), and they wanted to charge $480. I felt that that was an unfair price and decided to not have them go through with the repair. Not only did I leave without the issue resolved, I left with an even bigger problem— a cracked windshield (which now needs replaced to pass inspection). This is exactly why, as a woman, I have let my father handle my car repair issues up until this point because I knew I would be taken advantage of.
