The food here is amazing! Huge portion sizes. The food is so tasty. They had homemade wheat bread that was really good. Coffee was very good as well. Service was great! Waitress was very friendly, attentive, and continued to refill coffee promptly. The only downside is they only accept cash or check. But this place still deserves 5 stars. Definitely recommend to all!
Great food, coffee fresh , friendly waitstaff, clean restrooms, lovely crunchy home made toast. Best meal I have had post Covid . Quality food, large serving size and smiling friendly waitress that actually makes eye contact.well done Brittons
Deliciously huge breakfasts! Come hungry but have patience. It’s a very busy restaurant and as such service is slow and very limited seating on busy mornings. But the portions are huge, staff very friendly, and food is really good. My only complaint is that the biscuits & gravy didn’t have any sausage in it…it was literally just gravy. Every other restaurant I’ve ever been too always has bits of sausage in with the gravy. But the pancakes are HUGE as are the omelettes. The wild blueberry waffles are incredible! I can see why this is a popular breakfast spot.
We went on a Saturday around noon expecting there might be a less wait but we were wrong. There was probably 4 parties ahead of us but we got in relatively fast. It was very busy and we had to wait about 45 minutes or so for our food to show up but when it did it was SO WORTH IT! Amazing breakfast options. I had the chicken fried steak omelet and it was to die for. Super large portions. Only thing is they only accept cash or check so be prepared.
Great "mom and pop" place, huge servings of from scratch food. Remember to grab cash, they don't accept cards. Super friendly staff and a great vibe.
Our server was very attentive and I had a cheese and asparagus omelette with hollandaise sauce. Absolutely the best hollandaise sauce I've ever tasted and the caraway rye bread was great! Kudos!!!
Finally made it back for my second review and what a change. It was very busy but got in quite fast had pancakes that are HUGE and French Toast. Everything was fresh and hot. Service was great. Thank you. We will be back.
Huge portions and they are delicious!
We had to wait a bit but it was worth it, gave us a chance to check out the toy store.
Our server an older lady seemed overwhelmed, she told us several times it’s “not a fast food restaurant” we know that, that’s why we stopped here.
