Best mechanics!!! Terry and Robby are extremely knowledgeable. If they don't know (and that is rare) they know how to find the answers. I have dealt with forever (over 10 years) !
The office staff is always courteous and very willing to help you out.
Terry stays busy all the time. If you're in a hurry, you probably aren't going to like the wait, but it is worth the wait. They do fantastic work and the wait is worth it, they stand behind their work, they treat you very well and won't charge you a fortune. They don't need to with the volume they have.
I really don't like saying how great they are because now I'll have to wait longer to be taken care of when I need them, but it's worth the wait.

These people are good, honest, knowledgeable, hard- working people. They fixed my alternator within a day of taking my vehicle to them, and the price was very reasonable. I'm super happy with their service and definitely recommend this shop. Terry is very kind and a pleasure to work with. They've been around for a long time and I understand why. Thanks Britt's!!!
Awesome service! I read all the good reviews online for this company for quite a while and when my coworker's alternator went bad on her car I recommended Britt. He was everything that the reviews said. He was very honest, knowledgeable and quoted reasonable price for repair. It didn't take but a hour and he was calling to say car was ready. Will definitely be using him for future repairs!
This is the best mechanic shop I've ever dealt with. Its family owned and I feel like family when I go in there. Terry and the crew are amazing. I had a motor put in my car abt a month ago. The work done was awesome! I've had no problems with my car! They will be getting more business from me in the future. I highly recommend taking them ur business too.
After reading the reviews and upon the recommendations of two friends on Tuesday 9 FEB 2021, I took my SUV to Britt’s to schedule an appointment to get a major tune-up and to have new front and rear brakes installed. First off they were very courteous and to my surprise were able to schedule me for the next morning. Dropped my SUV off that morning 10 FEB 2021 and within a few hours, the repairs were completed. The price was very reasonable. My SUV is performing much better. I will be getting any future automobile repairs done at Britt’s Northside Service Center and will highly recommend them to my family and friends.
