I recently dined at Brio Pembroke Pines, and it was an outstanding experience! Jenn and her team were absolutely amazing, providing top-notch service with genuine warmth and professionalism. The food was fantastic – every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the way the staff ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. If you’re looking for a delightful dining experience with great food and a wonderful team, Brio Pembroke Pines is definitely the place to go! Can’t wait to return.
Who would’ve thought this place had terrific brunch food! Our server Madalyn was very pleasant and attentive! Very beautiful decor and the food was very delicious with great portions! Gotta get the berries and French toast with the Tuscan sausage scrambler! Good prices also.

Came with a party of 13 and Brenda was the best server ever. Shout out to the chef because every time I come here the food keep getting better and better!!!

I never write reviews. I have been to other Brio locations and this was my first time at the Pembroke Pines location and although I have always had good experiences with Brio locations this location was excellent will now be my go to location. We chose this Brio location because it was a halfway meeting point to celebrate my Moms 64th birthday. The entire table enjoyed our meal. Leonardo served us, and was so kind and accommodating. His recommendations for our apps and meals were awesome! When I got there I told him we would be celebrating my moms birthday, and he really made her experience special and was extra attentive to her. Thank you!
We were a party of 6 and all enjoyed our time at Brio???????? Atmosphere, Food—- very good; exceptional service from our server, Cleeven H. who was kind and attentive and never rushed us???????????? We’ll come again????????
Going there on a Friday is always enjoyable to start my weekend right. I usually go straight to the bar outside, which brings me back to a Caribbean vibe becuase of the decoration. My usual appetizer is Shrimp Eggplant, served in a bed of savory, tasty sauce; it tastes so good that I requested some sour bread to ensure I do not leave any behind. This appetizer usually does it for me; I do not need anything else, and the bread is enough to fill me up. The place is nicely situated within the Pembroke Garden shopping center. My server, Jocelyn, was amiable and provided good service with a smile. I have been going there since 2007 if my memory serves me well. This Brio restaurant is my favorite. The food is always on point, and the service is excellent. If you are ever in the area, check it out, and you will thank me for it.
My usual vibes are to come to the bar and I’m never disappointed, my girls Maria & Jocelyn always take care of me! My food is always on point and the service makes the experience even better! So if you’re looking for good service, casual time at the bar check them out!
Came out to Brio’s for Mother’s Day and was welcomed with a fantastic server with the name of Leonardo. Right at the beginning he was very welcoming and always came to check in on our party occasionally cracking a joke or two. I couldn’t be happier with the service that he has provided my party with. To top it all off in the end he gave each of the mothers in our party a beautiful rose to take home. This will definitely be a memory we all cherish and we thank Leonardo for being a fantastic waiter and making this Mother’s Day a memorable one.
This restaurant is filled with great food and great service. I sat with Anthony outside near the bar area and his service was exceptional. The carpaccio was his first suggestion and we all loved it! His service was great and we even spoke to his supervisor, Jennifer, who was super sweet and actively helping her team! Thank you to the Brio team for an amazing experience!
