I had better experience in the past. Had deer damage and they put a used door on. The first time I picked it up we were not able to open the door. They took it back and worked on it. It had an air leak and scratches in the door. I brought it back for the third time and they poorly touched up the paint and "adjusted" the door. No changes to the air leak and new scratches on the door where they attempted to "bend" the door to fix.
Unfortunately things have changed and attention to detail is not a priority even after bringing an issue back multiple times.
My baby had a bad bumper boo boo. I took her to the auto body Dr. That’s Dr. Brimeyer. She had to have surgery & new parts. Of course there was a few days of rest, but she came home from surgery a New Girl! Beautiful work! Won’t go anywhere else & I trust their diagnosis.
Service was quick and straight forward. Vehicle is due to be back in for repairs in October. I'll update again after my repairs are completed.
Got my vehicle back in a respectable time frame, and satisfied with the work. I was very impressed with the service person, Chris, who went out of his way to deliver a loaner car to me as I was walking home. Initially, they didn't have one available until the next morning. However, one came available shortly after I walked away, and scooped me up before I had walked all the way home. Will go back again if I ever have need of them again!
I was continuously kept up to date on the progress of the repairs on my car. And when it was first discovered that additional parts would be needed, they told me it may take longer than originally anticipated. But I was surprised with the return of my car on time, without any further delays! Everyone I came into contact with was professional and helpful. Highly recommend.
Brimeyer did an awesome job on my 2012 Mustang! Work came in under budget, and looks fantastic! Free loaner car while the work was being done, highly recommend!
Outstanding professional service from the point of getting a quote to the finished product. My car was side swiped. It looked just like new when done. The customer service was excellent from everyone at Brimeyer Auto Body. Great people.
I was in a minor car accident and needed a side view mirror replaced. Took my vehicle in for an estimate, no appointment needed. I was done with that in about 5 minutes, and had straightforward communication about worst case scenario, and what they would attempt to do to lower cost. Chris ordered the part, and had it in a couple of business days.
When I took my vehicle in to get worked on, they completed the work in a little over an hour. During this time they loaned me a vehicle so I could get back to work. Pricing is extremely fair. Nothing but a great and low-effort experience from beginning to end.
Highly recommended.
Best auto body shop around, would highly recommend.
