All the staff are amazing here they are bilingual and do terrific work. Lourdes is by far the best and the prices are very reasonably priced will recommend to friends and family.
My name is Michele. I have been a client of Lourdes for a very long time. Even though the wait is extensive at times I would always be happy with the end result which made my wait worth while. This time was NOT the case. I had an appointment for highlights with Lourdes but she pushed me off to Nelly. I wasn't that happy about it because Nelly doesn't know my hair but figured they are all professional and the result should be the same. I was so WRONG!!! I left there with my hair looking decent however over the next several days my hair started to dry up and break off!!! I spoke to a friend who is a hair dresser and she said my hair has breakage from the dye and the way my hair was cared for had nothing to do with blow drying my hair as they tried telling me in the salon. I now have to get extensive treatments and trims to save my hair. They knew when I left there my hair was damaged and thought I was stupid enough not to figure out this was caused by Nelly. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER AFTER 20 YEARS. Please spend a little more money when it comes to highlights and go to a PROFESSIONAL. ...I AM SO SADDENED OVER THIS. THANK YOU NELLY AT BRILLIANT SALON DE BEAUTY.
