Amazing salmon and home cooked food! The restaurant is family owned and everything is made with love. Me and my boyfriend got the baked salmon meal and wow was it amazing. Great flavor and seasoning in everything. Cornbread was the most moist and flavorful I've had in a long time as well. If your ever in H Mart please eat here! The family is very kind and cares if you enjoy the food. I haven't had soul food in a long time and this was just wonderful.
A family owned business. Very friendly. Love the food. Meatloaf, cream corn and mac n cheese was on point. My daughter enjoyed the chicken wings dinner.. They even give out samples. Much success in your business.
GOD DAMN!!! This is the best southern cooking I’ve had in a while. Best believe I found Jesus in these plates. They are located in the Super H Mart. This food is amazing and so is the customer service! Don’t hesitate! Get some food from this wonderful family!
If you want fast food, this is NOT the place for you. If you want that run of the mill taste like “them down the street” then this place is also NOT for you! Bright’s is for the folks who want that “Sunday Dinner” style off cooking. Real food and no BS , certified off the chain! #oxtailsmacaroniandgreens
Came to the H-Mart in Riverdale and saw a new place to eat. Decided to try it out, and it is outstanding! Baked Salmon, rice with gravy, yams and a piece of cornbread. This was my first time having country soul food and I'm surely not disappointed. The food was great but what sells it for me is the family. They take care in making sure you enjoy every bit of your meal and take pride in what they do! Most definitely will come back!
Ummm, my wife and I just ate at Bright Country Cooking. First off, ALL the food is amazing. I had the ribs with cream corn and mac and cheese. Almost made me divorce my wife. Now we sitting in the parking lot arguing because both of us full and neither one of us wanna drive. You going to need at least 45 minutes after you eat before you can safely drive. Just good people at this business. Very clean, polite and professional!
The best experience I have had in a long time. They treated me like family. The food is fresh, homemade, and delicious. I can't wait to come back. This is Sundays cooking at its finest. I am glad I discovered them. Yall need to go now before the long lines will be out the door. I am telling everybody about them. They are black owned. They are in our community giving us the best. Let's show our support and you will be getting good food too. This is a win win situation.
Sooo good! I got the meatloaf meal with double all mac and it was delicious. Service was superb as well, such a sweet family! The dad gave me a sample of the creamed corn and it was DELICIOUS! Must get that next time. Definitely recommend.
