I enjoy Chinese cuisine but the drab ambiance of the place should have been a red flag of what to expect. All the food I ordered was to be nice was bland where in most cases some soy sauce or red pepper will at least enhance the taste but not here!
Venturing into Bridgeton China Express for the first time today proved to be a satisfying experience. The Vegetable Delight entree, accompanied by fried rice and crab Rangoon, was a flavorful journey that did not disappoint. Reasonably priced and complemented by the amiable demeanor of the staff, the visit was an enjoyable one. Bridgeton China Express is certainly a destination to consider for a pleasant, economical, and tasty meal.
I really enjoy your food & everyone even myself have days where food don't taste as good as other times but I got some rice a couple of days ago and it was very starchy tasting & it's usually just right
Chicken w/ broccoli was so bland! Literally no sauce/seasoning and very little flavor.
The crab Rangoon was very good tho!
The orange chicken is so good that I've been twice in one week! After chain restaurants that serve good orange chicken, I didn't think I'd find this place. The orange chicken has oranges in it.
Crab rangoon and hot and sour soup were both great!
I was rather disappointed the portions were not very generous and the veggies were raw for a stirfry and it was completely devoid of any Chinese spices for instance five spice or bean paste or chili paste it was more like soupy then anything else.
Delivery was on time and friendly. The vegetable fried rice was NOT! I’m very certain that diced green peppers and 200 pieces of sliced celery does not go in any fried rice because it changes the flavor profile… ???????? And the crab Rangoon was not good either. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!
My first time trying this place on my lunch at work. I had the special fried rice, I was not pleased. No flavor to the rice, the chicken didn't look like chicken, and I had eggs shells cooked in my eggs. I'm sorry but never again
