Jason is amazing. I have high expectations for my hair and he did not disappoint. Not only did he dye my hair to literally the exact shade of strawberry blonde that I’d envisioned, he was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. He also was flexible with scheduling. I trust Jason with all my future color/cuts.
I was very underwhelmed with my experience at Bridge St Hair. I went in to get a short pixie cut and had a reference picture to show my hair stylist. She immediately needed to consult another employee on how to cut my hair. Throughout the haircut she had to stop cutting to get help from the other employee. It seemed like she had very little experience, and wasn't very confident in her work, which made me very nervous. I ended up having to fix the cut myself at home. I left with two sides of my hair different in length, and I also had some long pieces in the back that were my original hair length that my husband had to help me cut off. I was overall disappointed in the service I received. I wish the stylist would have just been honest and said she wasn't sure what she was doing so I could have made the decision to let my hair be a teaching opportunity for her, or gone else were. I hope others have better experiences than I did because it seems like such a nice place.
Been getting my hair cut from one of the stylists here for a while, as simple as my hair cut is she’s always done a great job and I will continue to give bridge street hair my business!! Highly recommended
The male barber there is horrible; I asked for a trim and he cut my hair so short! If you want a good cut, DO NOT go to this business

10/10. I've had a lot of trouble with stylists since I've come to Vermont, having visited about 7 since I've been here for a year. I found one good one in Essex but it was too far away. Bailee, is amazing. She goes above and beyond every time and it's awesome. The shop itself is clean and homey, very inviting. I did all my appointment stuff online.
This place is exceptional!!!! Heather and jason are dynamite!!! They take the time to really listen. They treat you like they’ve known you forever. They went above and beyond for us. My son who is turning 25 loves his long beautiful hair but is starting to struggle with a receding hair line that is very upsetting to him. Both Heather and jason took the time to listen,understand,relate and give much appreciated advice. Heather was so sweet telling my son she thought he was very handsome and had a sweet soul no matter what even giving me a hug???? my sons birthday is on the 20th and my goal is to try to make him feel as wonderful as I believe he is. He struggles with anxiety and hadn’t been to the hairdressers in a good 15 years. Heather right away made him feel completely comfortable,listened to and at peace. Prices are outstanding!!!! We live in burlington and finding an affordable place is almost impossible!!! For the service and friendship Heather and jason provide you can not beat them anywhere!!! We will certainly return and spread the word about this wonderful salon. Thank you so much Heather and jason you are such blessings!!!!!
I had such a lovely experience working with Denise yesterday. She is so friendly, talented and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in good hands from start to finish. Can’t wait for my next visit!
