Great little spot. I loved the decor and Vibe inside, super cozy and inviting. The food was good but not great, I would like to try it again and try some different menu items. Split several appetizers and the wild rice soup. The duck bacon wontons were great.
I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve been delighted by the food. Tonight we had the cheese curd appetizer and these didn’t look like the typical cheese curds so I was a bit skeptical but OMG, all three of us said they are the best cheese curds we have ever had. The dipping sauce was fantastic as well but even without the jalapeño bacon jelly, they are fantastic. They were so good we ate them all but one piece before I remembered to take a photo.
The steak bite salad is also fantastic and they make an amazing smoked old fashioned cocktail.
Called to order 2 pizzas based on ordering from Brickside many times and loved it. They didn’t tell us they switched to only flatbread, no pizzas at all. It took an hour to get our food (not their fault since it’s Mother’s Day) upon pickup of our food, we found out there wasn’t near enough food for our family!!! We couldn’t wait another hour to get more food. Paid $40 for 2 flatbreads. My husband even asked the employee if they still did prosciutto peach pizza and she said yes. Not the same pizza, everything has changed. Really sad, considering this was one of our favorite restaurants. Extremely disappointed and still hungry.
What a great spot we picked on our way back home from the cities! Great staff, kind and curteous. The food was exceptional. You can tell when they care about the food they put on the plate. We all loved what we ordered. Walleye sandwich with fries, cashew crunch salad, and whiskey cowboy salad. All very delicious. Don't hesitate to stop!
Two words. Holy cow. Our experience at Brickside was 10/10. Whoever is running this place is a genius. The atmosphere and service were incredible and the quality of our food was unmatched. The smash burger is literally the best burger I have ever had in my entire life. It is a 30 minute drive for us and I would go back in a heartbeat just to experience dining at Brickside again. I’m speechless but also have so many great things that I could say about Brickside.
The Brickside Grille and Tap is a hidden gem of Minnesota. It was the perfect place to meet with extended family for a Saturday dinner.
The staff were great. We had a comfortable table, big enough for all of us. And we were separated just enough from the main dining area so we could easily visit.
The food was delightful! Every dish we had was wonderful. Perfectly seasoned, fresh, and tasted amazing! Get the Crispy Cauliflower you'll love it!
Went with my dad there for the first time today. His lunch was excellent. Mine was wanting. Service was lacking. The dinner menu looks great, so we will try it again sometime.
This restaurant is in an unassuming building in the small town of Delano, Minnesota. Despite its humble environs, it has incredibly amazing food. I had the salmon dinner and it was the best I have ever had. The service was good, too. It is well worth the drive to get there.
