Quick Facts About Brick's Barber Shop

Brick's Barber Shop, located at 1005 SE Washington St. in Portland, has received a mix of positive and negative reviews. It is important to analyze these comments to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment.
Firstly, many customers praise Eric, the barber at Brick's Barber Shop, stating that he is the best barber they have come across. This positive feedback suggests that Eric is skilled and proficient in his craft. Customers specifically mention his ability to give excellent haircuts and fades. This expertise and attention to detail are undoubtedly strengths of the shop.
The fact that multiple customers have followed Eric to his new location in Portland indicates a strong loyalty and satisfaction with his services. This loyalty is further emphasized by one customer who mentions that they would continue to follow Eric unless he moved out of state. This shows the high level of trust and confidence these customers have in Eric's abilities.
Additionally, Eric is described as friendly and fun to chat with, creating a joyous and enjoyable experience for customers. This skill in engaging in conversations not only showcases his interpersonal skills but also adds an element of entertainment to the shop. This positive atmosphere is reflected in multiple reviews.
Moreover, one customer commends Eric for his attention to detail, stating that he does an amazing job on their hair, even taking care of the tiniest flaws. This precision and commitment to quality are strong attributes of a skilled barber.
However, negative feedback must also be considered. One customer expresses doubts about the authenticity of the positive reviews, stating that they find it difficult to determine their credibility. This remark raises concerns about the trustworthiness of the online reputation of Brick's Barber Shop. Addressing this issue and ensuring the accuracy of reviews may be an area of improvement for the establishment.
Another customer shares a negative experience, mentioning that the barber talked about himself for the entire haircut, neglecting to build a connection with the client. This lack of communication may be off-putting to some customers who expect a more engaging and personalized experience. Improving client interaction and establishing a stronger connection with clients should be a focus for Brick's Barber Shop.
In addition, it is worth noting a comment that Eric will not cut the hair of attorneys or individuals on track to become attorneys. This restrictive policy may limit the potential customer base and lead to missed opportunities for revenue generation. Reviewing and reconsidering this policy could expand the business's reach and attract a wider range of clientele.
Overall, Brick's Barber Shop demonstrates strengths in Eric's skillful haircuts and attention to detail, as well as his friendliness and ability to engage in conversations. Loyalty from customers is evident, and the shop's move to a new location has not deterred them. However, potential weaknesses include concerns about the credibility of reviews, the lack of connection-building during the service, and a specific policy that may exclude potential customers. By addressing these weaknesses and capitalizing on their strengths, Brick's Barber Shop can continue to grow and improve its reputation in the Portland area.

Best KBFKR Reviews

Best Barber in Newberg! He has since moved to SE Portland. I followed him and will continue to unless he moves out of state! 1005 SE Washington St. ... or anywhere I've ever been before! I'll never go anywhere else... unless he turns into a big time movie star! Best fades I've ever had. This is a week after the fact. And he does amazing on my hair which shows EVERY SINGLE TINY FLAW! ????
All these reviews and I can't tell if there real or not. I'd probably believe all the one star reviews about this place considering someone tried to text me confirming an appointment and when I said I never made an appointment here they tried to post a 5 star review in my name.
JUST MOVED to 1005 SE Washington St. in Portland. Eric is the best! He does a great job both cutting my hair and trimming my beard as well. I have received a number of compliments after a cut by Eric and I'm always willing to accept compliments when they come my way.
Eric is a fantastic barber, and the conversations make every visit with him a joy. He recently moved his shop to downtown Portland, and I had no hesitation in following him to the new location!
Eric is the man, I was in Portland for a few days and needed a hair cut. I just walked in, very friendly and fun to chat with. He'd probably be my go to barber if I lived there.
Eric has been my barber for 8 years and always gives excellent haircuts. On top of that, he is fun to talk to and always leaves me feeling refreshed and he will go out of his way to make you happy.
HOWEVER, he will not cut your hair if you are an attorney or on track to becoming one. Period.
If I could leave 0 star I would and I'll tell you why. I came in to get a typical hair cut expecting to just have only that be done. Not only did I get a haircut, but a mouthful of word vomit. He talked about himself for the full 30-45 minutes. If you want repeat business you should ask some questions to your clients.... to build a connection... right? At the end of the day I wanted a haircut, but instead received a cheap comedy show. Save your money and go to "Jeff The Barber" he's faster, funnier, cuts better, and will actually listen and COMMUNICATE with you like a real barber should!
Excellent Shop!!! I moved to SW Portland over 3 years ago and have been trying to find a really good barber that does real barber cuts and beard trimming. I am no longer looking!!!! This by far has been the best shop I have found in Portland! I am now an every 3 week customer. Excellent cuts, prices, variety of services offered, and very entertaining as well! Job well done!!!
