I brought my 2008 Cadillac CTS in to Shop #2 to have it wet sanded and buffed. I was tired of my dull paint job I had from a previous shop. The technician did a great rub down on my car and it looks great. A big shout out to Melissa for her coordinating and making this a pleasant experience.
Hello,
I usually never leave a review. In this case I feel compelled to share my story. I would like to share a short story. My friend of 25 years died in a motorcycle accident a little over two years ago. He was in the middle of a project. He was making his 1996 Corvette into a muscle car. A year later his son joined the Navy and asked me if I wanted to buy his dads car. I jumped on the opportunity. My mission was to complete what Henry started. I set off to accomplish this task. It took one year complete the mission. (Semper Fi) I wanted to make this car immaculate to honor my friend. The engine work was quite the task. Not to mention the tuning. The transmission. And everything else that you can imagine. The final task was what everyone sees as you drive down the road. They don’t see the interior, they don’t see the engine, they see the paint. This car means so much to me. I worry when it is not in my garage. There are few people, or shops that I feel comfortable with leaving this car. Brian knew what this car meant to me. He and his shop took care of this car. He had to paint several areas of this car. He treated this car as if it was his own. I am so pleased with the work he and his staff did to this car. It absolutely looks like a new 1996 Corvette. My late friend would be proud. Thank you, Brian! And Semper Fi
John
I took my gas tank and side panels from my 1976 motorcycle. I needed it painted and graphics to be put on then cleared over. I had it at another shop for 4 months and had to pick it up because they could not seem to do it. Brian listened to what I wanted, came up with a perfect color and did the job in less that a week for what I feel is a great value for the money. I get comments all the time on the paint he did on it and I love it.
Thank you!
They've had my car 5 days and no one can give me a status update as to when it will be ready. Car rental is expensive! I was told to "call back on Monday". I wonder if self-pay gets lower priority than insurance claims. UPDATE: turns out the business was in the process of changing names (bought out by another company) and the office personnel were very apologetic about the delay in getting my car repaired and returned to me. so i changed my rating from 1 star to 3. That car rental fee really put a dent in my budget! But the repair work was excellent.
Repair was done on the low end of the estimate and ready days ahead of schedule! I had my Tacoma windshield and roof replaced...an expensive and complicated repair. The estimator, John, was a pleasure to do business with and the guys that actually did the repair, did an awesome job. I would certainly use Brian's again! Great job guys!
Brian's Pant & Body Shop in Sharpsburg fixed a rust area on the rear quarter panel on my Avalanche about six months ago. I waited a few months to post a review just to make sure everything still looked good. I am very fussy and the work they did was perfect. They had to do a little extra work once they got into the job but they still stuck with the price on their estimate. The paint matches the rest of the truck perfectly. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future.
It's under new management/ new name same people. And still can't repair anything correctly. They were highly recommended by some. Then once they had my car all I heard were horror stories. When I left today I didn't say anything and that's on me but there was no way I was giving them my car again. New name or not just avoid.
Absolutely blown away by the amazing estimator Melisssa and the team at Brian’s. My work was done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately one problem I had was a bad parking sensor and rather than just tell me the price, Melissa encouraged me to see if I had an extended warranty. I told her I didn’t know what to look for so she told me to snap a photo or bring the paperwork up. She immediately spotted it, copied it, submitted it , and had already preordered the part for me so it is covered and I’ll be back on the road for a minor deductible. She has gone above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced in any body or auto shop and I can’t tell you how much it means to me to feel like I can trust a company and to feel like I’m truly taken care of. If I could give 6 stars I would.
