Our food arrived timely however our waiter didn’t come back to check on the table. After about 10minutes he finally walked by and I requested salt and pepper. I watched as he went to another table and took a drink order then delivered it and went to another table. I finally went and got my own. My steak was cold at this point. When he finally came back I mentioned I had to get my own. He brought a manager over to tell me that’s not how things usually work there. At the end of the meal all of our iced teas were empty, no refills. $200. For a cold steak. My bill for the table was $430. + tip (yes I still tipped but only 15%. For that price I shouldn’t have had to leave thirsty. - Total disregard for customer satisfaction. Don’t waste your time or money.
Went to this restaurant last Saturday. Had a late lunch before the Carrie Underwood concert. Both the food and service were good however I thought the prices were a little expensive for lunch. Our lunch for four was over $400 including tip (for drinks and entrees)
From the moment we arrived the hostess was lovey. The service was the best our waiter Mark was amazing as well as the supporting staff. Very nice evening. The food was served piping hot and delicious.
During my recent visit to Brezza at the Las Vegas Resorts World, my experience was notably disappointing.
The service left much to be desired; it took the waiter an astonishing 30 minutes just to take our order. Unfortunately, the frustration didn’t end there—the order was subsequently messed up, adding to the evening's letdowns.
The quality of the food did not help their case. I had the pasta, which was as bland as can be, reminiscent of noodles boiled with nothing but a hint of tomato purée. It was a dish that, in my opinion, fell disastrously short of being palatable, much less enjoyable. Moreover, the prices did not reflect the quality of service or food provided. One might expect a certain level of excellence when paying premium prices at a restaurant within a Las Vegas resort world.but Brezza failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
In summary, the combination of lackluster service, unremarkable culinary execution, and unjustifiable pricing leads me to rate my experience as severely disappointing. If it were possible, I would assign a rating of negative five, as even a zero feels too generous for the level of dissatisfaction experienced.
It is a place I would strongly advise against visiting if you’re seeking a dining experience that offers value, quality, and pleasure.
Me and my bridesmaids had a dinner there tonight. Food was excellent, service was very efficient. Style staff was so attentive and friendly. But the most surprising thing was that we didn’t realize that the restaurant was closing at 10 pm tonight, because nobody told us anything. Our server didn’t rush us at all, and we ended up leaving at 11 pm, because we had no idea that the restaurant was closed. Even though once we realized it, we felt bad that we made the staff wait for us, but it felt very nice not to be rushed. We really appreciate how nice the staff was to us. I would totally recommend this restaurant!
Brezza in Las Vegas, NV is my kind of spot! It's got laid-back vibes with upscale charm - think white linen tablecloths and all. After walking the red carpet and before hitting up the AVN awards show, we swung by for dinner. The atmosphere is just right - not too stuffy, but definitely classy. And let me tell you, the food? Absolutely delicious. Ashlyn's gnocchi and my steak were cooked to perfection, and that calamari appetizer? It's a must-try. Nestled in the heart of Vegas, it's a convenient and perfect spot for a night out. And the service? Top-notch. The staff here are friendly, professional, and make you feel right at home. Brezza is definitely a go-to spot for a memorable dining experience in Vegas!
My recent visit to this Italian restaurant was truly exceptional, thanks in no small part to the outstanding service provided by Brandon and Mark. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. Their attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive.
As for the food, it was nothing short of divine. Every dish was prepared with skill and care, offering a taste of Italy right here in our city. I especially recommend you to try caprese.
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for its delectable Italian cuisine and the exceptional service provided by Brandon and Mark. It's a five-star dining experience!
We had high hopes for Breeza but it really just wasn't a stellar experience.
It started with us waiting 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated, and while our actual waiter was great, everything after the oysters and wine was pretty unremarkable.
We both got pasta dishes knowing that they make their pasta in house, and the flavor profile was just so bland. For the price of the food, we expected a little more.
I'd rather head over to Crossroads Kitchen for a pasta dish, to be totally honest.
