I dropped someone off at beaumont hospital and had some time to kill at about About 12 AM the Wednesday night Thursday morning. The only place around the hospital that still had food until 2 AM the bartender was fantastic. I didn't get her name. She was great. The waitress was great. The food was good at 12 AM. I highly recommend this place if you are waiting for someone at Beaumont hospital. Very good atmosphere, like a old time bar. Good friend, good conversation for the short time. Loved it definitely recommend this place.
There are only two reason for the 2 stars review, one is that this place was still serving food at midnight on a Saturday night and that's becoming harder to find these days, and second is that our waitress Sasha was nice. The food was Not good and the price was even worse for what we were served. This place charges as much as we pay when we go to a steakhouse and get two meals and an appetizer and two soft drinks. My husband is not a picky eater by any means as he spent many years eating bar food while on the road working and he didn't like his food and that's very rare. I took two bites of my food and I was done eating it and neither of us liked the appetizer. We ended up having to pay $70 plus a tip for the worse bar food either of us have ever had.
Service was good. Food choices have decreased over the years. Prices have gone way up, $15 for a gin drink in a short glass is ridiculous but the price was not listed on the menu. Never would have thought $15 would be the price. Drinks are much cheaper in Aruba the week prior to going to Brewligans. I really liked the “suggested tip” on the receipt- 25%, 35% or 99%………REALLY? I have referred many friends to this place but that won’t happen again.
Great atmosphere, food, service and prices. Large menu selection and selection of drinks. Plenty of TVs and open seating.
They have a boilermaker on the drink list...I had to try the PBR with whiskey.
I really enjoyed my dinner and drinks.
Fries were good, but the music was way too loud. So much that the lyrics were distorted and the chairs were vibrating. Will not be back to try other foods.
The food here is outstanding! We came in for the first time and wanted to try it all! We had blueberry pancake corn dogs, brunch wrap and the corned beef hash, 10/10 will be back to try more! Brooklyn, our waitress was the best! Very attentive, kind, quick and courteous. We will be back to see her for sure. Come support this local business!
Best Wings EVER! Hickory smoked then deep fried naked w/ a variety of sauces. The Reaper & Korean BBQ were my favorites. Mac & Cheese was perfect. The menu has a bit of everything including vegan dishes. Nice Tap options. Friendly, affordable & clean. I'll be back.
The atmosphere was fun. The place was inviting, and the servers were friendly. The food was good, but not spectacular. Portions were small for price. My drink was strong. I would go again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Building is also smaller inside than it looks on the outside, not a deterrent, Just be aware.
